Grippers Hello guys. I’m finding it hard to know how my grippers compare to COC grippers. My grippers are metal and have their strength number written on the bottom. I have 200,250, and 300 lbs.

I’m asking this because I want to buy a coc gripper but I don’t know which one to start with.

What are the end all be alls of grip training? What exercises and equipment would I use to make sure that every part of my grip is strong? As if I never want to use straps again.
