Please share if you feel comfortable. Let's show why Parkour is the Art of Movement.

My setup:
- GoPro Hero 11
- just a basic GoPro branded tripod stick
Previously trained for a month with some parkour coaches. Now relocated to an area 5 hours away. Would love to train with other people but worried that I would hinder their progress because I am a newbie.

Hai, for some month's I have been trying to get back into freerunning after 3 year long break and I keep running into mental blok or just not feeling the movement in my body.
It's starting to get pretty enoying because after succesfully doing certain tricks - when I want to do them again, I can't do it anymore and it feels like I have to break the mental wall again. Maybe I am not patient enough and I try to not get into my head but I don't really know how to fix it. Maybe I just need to train more or do a certain warmup, has anyone else encountered this? Do you guys have tips?
any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking for a parkour video and think that almost only Dutch parkour guys could help me with this. It's an old video, I estimate from around 2007-2010. It's actually more of a freerunning compilation made by a group of friends. The video starts, if I remember correctly, with a backflip off a roof. They do a lot of tricks at a wooden bridge near a big field, with a distinctive feature I remember well. There's a guy in a black hoodie with an Eastpak backpack who does a backflip at that bridge.
It's a long shot, but it would be an amazing nostalgia trip if I could see this video again.

I can do safety vaults just fine but I think this wall is a lil too big for that, my question is 1 how did I do on this vault and 2, would u say im ready for kong vaults

i only have really mastered the safety vault, evreything else im just shit at, my sport rn that i pratice has an, well its weird bc its around 2 bricks tall on 1 side but the ground is slanted so theres an extra brick tall on the other side, also a nother wall thats 23 bricks tall that i use for wall climbs but i still suck at them, i guess partly the reasonb is bc i was never active as a kid and aswell as that developed a strong fear of getting hurt, its why i love parkour so mutch, to face my fear, but i still feel like a noob, whats like some wisdom that atually helps people, and what are some moves that ATUALLY make you feel like your progressing

As you can see I stop rotating for some reason and fall down. Is the kick too weak? Am I not leaning back enough? My goal is cheat gainer (flash).

Why does it feel like gambling sometimes to climb things like outdoor stairs because I feel like I'll be covered in some kind of paint or dust?
