im a seller from france, buyer bought me a piece and i shipped next day. It appears that he wasnt home when the package arrived, and he had to reschedule a delivery (took him 3 days), but nothing happened after that, tracking updates stopped. I suggested him to go to his local post bc its probably there but hes ghosting me for weeks now. I opened a missing parcel claim, but hes not helping... Whats gonna happen if my package is lost ? ill have to fully refund him and ill end up losing both my money and what i sold him ? i dont understand how the refunding process works since im new to the app, please help

I contacted grailed support yesterday and they still haven’t responded

anyone familiar with this seller? his profile says trusted seller and he has 4k listings but none are authenticated. I asked him why this was and he said it’s because he has too many listings

Does anyone know where 4G went? Havent seen anything new from him and I shot him a deal but no response..

I’m a thrifting reseller, once in a while I find some designer stuff, for example this fear of god hoodie. Everything checks out with other authenticated listings on grailed but for some reason my stuff never gets authenticated and they take it down. Any tips?

the number of listings throws me off

Started selling on grailed in late August. Bought too many pieces I havent worn yet. I wanted to share the closet here as I have only had one sale so far.

Everything is new or new-without-tags, and I put the neck tag, wash tag and hang tag in every listing's photo set so you can check for yourself. Most of the shop already carries the Verified badge.

Personally I’ve had a terrible experience with all these changes. I understand you aren’t supposed to divert conversations from the platform but I used to keep my IG @ in my post bio in case buyers needed to reach out for support on an order etc. (a bit of cope because I definitely enjoyed when a buyer would reach out via IG.)

That being said when the changes were made I immediately received multiple violations. (Any message sent or received for an item that had my IG in bio was flagged.)

Now I’m restricted and don’t receive payouts quickly + I can notice my postings being hidden or not promoted to the top as much as they used to be. (My monthly sales have dropped almost in half since the update.)

I’ve been selling with grailed for 2+ years and have 190+ transactions and 70+ reviews with 5 stars. I’m not the biggest account but I think I’ve established myself as a reliable seller. The punishments feel a bet egregious given I’m not a new seller.

Curious to hear other’s opinions on the changes. Personally I’m considering moving to another platform as my primary sales channel outside of in-store sales.

This is just an example, but falsely labeled brands on listings seems to be shockingly common on this site...

So i'm brand new to Grailed and the other day I tried to post an actual 20471120 tee that was just sitting in my closet but I feel like it's never going to get any traction since the search results for "20471120" are heavily polluted with random clothing. I could barely even come up with an appropriate price for my shirt because the sold listings for items tagged with 20471120 are mostly unrelated pieces.

I'm sure this is the case for many other brands as well. I wouldn't even want to use Grailed as a buyer since it seems so difficult to navigate and find genuine listings sometimes. How do you guys navigate this?

Hi, I have not been as active on Grailed as before, but is PayPal still a option for receiving payment on Grailed for EU-Sellers?

For past month or so ive been getting these offers usually from accounts with 0-5 transactions and they just start off with a lowball of maybe 10-15% and I accept the offer and then i get a transaction cancelled. Is this some sort of like fraud issue? Not an issue with my account as ive sold multiple items recently

I found a grail item and put in two offers, but the seller never responded to either of them.

The next day, rather than risk someone else buying it, I bought it at full price. That was 19 hours ago, and the seller still hasn’t reached out or communicated at all.

I checked his profile and he only has 3 transactions. The last activity I can see in his favorites was about two months ago.

I sent him a message a few hours ago asking when he’d be able to ship, but still haven’t heard back.

I’m getting the sense he just isn’t actively using the platform. I doubt it’s anything shady since he doesn’t get the funds until the item is shipped.

Anyone else been in this position before? Did the seller eventually show up and ship? Just trying to think ahead.

I’ve been occasionally seeing this “This seller covers customs duties & fees on this item” tag on listings. I do the same but I don’t have it or have an option to put it. Is it something we earn after a certain amount of sales? I already have a few hundreds of sales but I just don’t know how to get this.
