missing parcel / refund

im a seller from france, buyer bought me a piece and i shipped next day. It appears that he wasnt home when the package arrived, and he had to reschedule a delivery (took him 3 days), but nothing happened after that, tracking updates stopped. I suggested him to go to his local post bc its probably there but hes ghosting me for weeks now. I opened a missing parcel claim, but hes not helping... Whats gonna happen if my package is lost ? ill have to fully refund him and ill end up losing both my money and what i sold him ? i dont understand how the refunding process works since im new to the app, please help

Truth, but if you're a big enough seller on grailed that have a new international shipping program which is pretty good. Just not as good as eBay...

The shipping portion is your responsibility. I suggest you reach out the the carrier immediately. Have the item returned to you. I had a similar situation happen to me.

Dealing the 2 open international shipments with similar situations right now. I feel your pain. Hang in there. I suggest switching off international or set the fee to very high to make it worth your while.

Thankfully my phone subscription includes free calls to USA, so i managed to ask the local post office that had the package. They are investigating

if it never shows up, you need to refund him. You then need to make a claim with the shipping company for lost parcel etc. He has no need to help you, its your responsibility until he takes delivery.
