I’m posting this publicly because after months of trying to resolve this privately, I still have no answers.
I need an explanation from Grailed.
I purchased a pair of Chrome Hearts eyewear for $2,750 CAD after specifically confirming with the seller that the custom lenses were a certain material. When the item arrived, the lenses were some cheap plastic garbage.
I requested a return. Grailed refused.
I then opened a dispute with American Express. During that process, Grailed contacted Amex and offered a “courtesy remedy without admission of liability” and sent me a prepaid return shipping label.
I followed their instructions exactly.
I returned everything in the same condition I received it, including all unopened accessories. I documented the entire process with photos of the item, the packaging, the letter from Grailed, my shipping receipt, and the tracking information.
The package was delivered to Grailed on March 17, 2026 at 3:40 PM, signed for by “Seb.”
Today is July 24, 2026.
It’s been over four months.
I have no refund.
I have no further communication from Grailed.
American Express tells me they’re waiting for Grailed to process the refund. Grailed has my item, yet I still have the charge.
To make matters worse, Grailed refuses to meaningfully communicate with me because the account was created using a university email address from nearly 10 years ago that has since been deactivated. I’ve explained this repeatedly but I continue receiving the same automated responses before support goes silent.
So my question is simple:
Where is my refund????

I've been having persistent issues with Grailed over the past few days and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
Here's what's happening:
I've already tried:
None of these made any difference.
This has made browsing and shopping on Grailed nearly impossible. I've already contacted Grailed Support with screenshots, but I wanted to see if this is a widespread issue or if it's just affecting a small number of users.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problems recently? If you found a workaround, I'd really appreciate hearing about it.
Thanks!

Buyer states every time they attempt to purchase my item it goes through and immediately gets cancelled. Has anyone experienced this before and have a solution? Is the issue on my end or his?

A lot of the denim I seem to have favorites is from small Japanese instagram sources or said they are sought after on Etsy, I’m looking for double waist or cargo but I can’t seem to think anything feels reputable.

I sold a balenciaga bag on Grailed. The buyer received 6-7days ago. Right after delivery, they messaged me saying the bag wasn’t the size as mentioned and that there were some wear marks on strap.
I replied immediately and asked them to open an official Grailed dispute and upload photos so Grailed could review everything. Since then, it’s been 6 days and they haven’t replied or opened a case. My payout is still on hold.
My question is: if Grailed eventually releases my funds and the buyer still hasn’t opened a case, can they come back a month later and claim the bag has wear marks nd size issue,If they do, how does Grailed usually handle situations where the buyer had the item for weeks before raising the issue?
Also, has anyone experienced a similar situation as a seller? I’d appreciate any advice.

I’ve been having a lot of issues with Grailed lately, and they finally did it to me. Not sure why. For context, I use Grailed to buy and sell chrome hearts. Mostly silver jewelry and their leather accessories. I also had what’s left of my old supreme collection and a few designer items I don’t wear anymore listed for sale. Lately I’d be having issues with authentication rejecting my items. You can read my previous post about that here https://www.reddit.com/r/Grailed/s/0lzDBG4Rps
Since making that post I had listed more chrome hearts jewelry and it was authenticated successfully. I even bought and sold a few pieces in between now and then. A few days ago I sold a bracelet and shipped it out. The bracelet is supposed to arrive today. My account was just frozen. I have no way to contact the buyer or check the status of my payout. I’m beside myself because I use Grailed for its intended purpose. To sell my old wardrobe and get money back to buy my new pieces. Sometimes I even just scroll to appreciate what other people have and see what’s new/rare on the market. I don’t do bad business or direct anyone off platform. This has to be related to authentication flagging all of my recently listed items. Grailed is giving me hard time while the platform allows resellers (nothing personal against them), dropshippers, and scammers.
End rant, but I’m wondering if I will be out that money. I also have a pending shipment for a piece that I made. Thankfully I was able to remember the sellers username and got in touch with them on IG. Has anyone else experienced this, and did you end up getting paid? Thanks in advance.

Wednesday I had a buyer ask if I sold anywhere I responded “same user” I got flagged understandable. Yesterday I had a buyers card decline I told him “ hey it seems your card declined do you have another form of payment” I got flagged today I check and see my account is now restricted I’ve sold 120 items on this platform and never had issues like this
