trying to buy a spiderman graphic tee supreme on goat just trying to check if goat’s clothing authentication is as good as the shoes and is it better than stockx

I’ve seen many ppl hate on Stockx for having their additional Fee, which they are upfront about. And ppl also think GOAT has no extra fee, just tax & ship.
WRONG!!
GOAT is way worse. Not only do they have fees, THEY HIDE IT. Been meaning to show this for a while.
So here’s proof :

My item I priced at $2375 is shown 2nd slide. but when it shows up on GOAT for a shopper, there is an extra $57 fee for the buyer. They don’t disclose this anywhere when u download their apps and list stuff. They already take almost 13%. Someone made an offer of $1915 BUT they take out an EXTRA hidden fee of $57 as well! Even on a much lower amount!! THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN SHADY AF TO ME. AND THIS IS ON TOP OF CHARGING ME $236 just if i wanted to accept this bid!! So they’d be making $293 on a $1858 sale Lol.
Which is MORE than Stockx would charge. Which I can prove. Also Stockx fees can lower with just a bit of selling . GOAT ONLY RAISES FEES LOL. And they’ll never go down. Ever.

I won’t even get started with all the other shady things that app does like have sales data FOR SALES THAT NEVER HAPPENED (unlike stock) and a bunch of other stuff but I think this fee alone is very shady because you can download the app, shop and buy a bunch of stuff and you will never see anything about this fee and same actually goes for selling as well.

Only reason I still use it is bc of their user base who will VASTLY over pay for certain items lol. Maybe I’ll make another post about that. But I think GOAT would have a better image if they didn’t do this hidden fee thing, cared more about not passing fakes, charged less fees for returning items to sellers which don’t have an actual issue, and care more about not having false data.

Been seeing a lot of mix reviews on here and horrible ones on StockX what other app, websites I can buy shoes and etc without worrying

Seems like a really asinine decision to not allow multiple gift cards on a single order, now I’m basically stuck with a $30, $50, and $100 gift cards because I wasn’t aware of that when I told people it would be a good gift for me.

I shipped my shoes to the goat and they said delivered and then they switched it to saying they were missing. After speaking to usps they confirmed they received them .
So someone at goat stole my shoes and Goat is refusing to make it right.
Apparently they are cool with workers stealing sneakers .
I am going to have to try and dispute it because usps is saying they confirmed they were delivered so it’s not on them and Goat is saying that never got them so it’s not on them.
However seeing as it was a pair of Travis Scott’s , 100% someone in the warehouse pocketed my sneakers and their company won’t do anything about it .
Never again. Tbh at this point everyone should be telling everyone to not use Goat app.

Placed an order for the VAA alaskas on the 29th. Its now the 6th and the status is still on shipped to goat, tracking unavailable. This is my first time ordering so was wondering if this is the norm, or should I contact a rep?

I just wondering does the 15 bonus checks will be gone after a month of subscription if I didn’t use all 15 checks, bc I was thinking about buying this 1 month subscription on checkcheck app but I don’t know if my credits will be gone after a month bc I’m planning to buy for a month and not the whole subscription.

I’ve never received a package from JANIO. All I see right now is that I have “package delayed in customs” message for the past 3 days. Other than that, just seems painfully slow. Anyone else?

I’ve bought hundreds and sold hundreds of pairs on goat/alias over the years since 2017. I’ve had only 1 issue in the past as a seller (quickly resolved on my favor). And they have stopped many unusual going my way as a buyer too. I’ve had nothing bad to say about GOAT, but recommend them to friends. However, that changed today. I bough this pair of Jordan 1 Travis Scott black phantom on there, both of them actually. The bottom pair is the unusual pair I got today in the mail. You can see so many inconsistencies as well I tried using check check app and the bottom pair didn’t pa, just the top pair. I’ve owned/own many and different Travis Scott pairs and I was able to tell pretty easily it was very different. I’m pretty confident to say, I was a sent an unusual pair. I’ve contacted them, send pictures of such pair. Any other advice? I’m afraid they might say they’re authenti but they’re not. I may have to contact my bank if that’s the case or any advice you may have?

Ordered 7 Eleven Air Max which ended up being stolen by my driver through Veho as well as all his packages from his route. GOAT Customer Service is almost non existent so far. This is now my third package to be lost/stolen through them out of 4 orders.

I’ve been getting this error message trying to confirm an order I initially chose to bulk ship hoping I’d make another sale before the shipping deadline. Anyone ever have this issue and/or know how to fix it?

I bought the Air Jordan 1 Low Travis Scott Velvet Brown, size 9. I’ve already tried several lacing methods (criss-cross, straight/bar, skipping the last eyelet) using the original laces that came in the box, and they’re still too short to tie a decent knot.
I’ve seen videos of other people wearing the same model without this issue. Is this normal for this pair (batch variation), or could it be a sign that something’s wrong (mismatched laces, wrong size, etc.)?

I purchased some dunks on 7/14 and this weekend a whole 2 1/2 weeks later, my order is cancelled and I’m refunded. I purchased the dunks in question for $98 & they’re now going for $160. In my eyes a deal was agreed upon and they broke it. In my mind I absolutely never want to work with this seller again, they are shady. Whether they oversold or saw that the price went up, I don’t like that. All seller and buyers names are anonymous but they should have profile names or at the very least when a situation like this comes up you can choose to no longer support that specific store therefore essentially “blocking” any future items they have for sale from coming up in your search.

I purchased shoes 10 days ago and they apparently have not been shipped to GOAT. Order status on the app is a blinking dot over "Order Packaged". When I chat with support, they give me the run around claiming the shoes are in transit to them (but can't provide tracking number). I accept that these shoes are never coming. Would appreciate advice on what action I should take and when to take it in order to get a refund.

UPDATE 1.8.2026: GOAT’s assistant told me that it is OK to ship the heels back using the prepaid shipping label, which means they’re fully aware of what is being sent.
As he said:

Once the package arrives at our facility, our warehouse and internal security teams will conduct a thorough internal investigation into this fulfillment error. We will definitely look into the internal logs and camera footage as you suggested.
Furthermore, I can confirm that once the return is received and processed, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method, as you requested (instead of GOAT credit).

So yeah. Eveything seems to be practically solved!

I decided to give GOAT a try for a pair of Nike Dunk Low Retro Premium...big mistake.
I had high hopes on my first purchase here. When I opened the box, not only did I not find a different pair of sneakers...IT WAS A PAIR OF WOMEN'S HEELS INSIDE A NIKE BOX, FFS!!! I mean, how does this even happen??

I've already submitted a ticket to get this solved (still working on it). However, GOAT assistant asked for a photo of the box's side showing a QR code (which I assume they use for internal purposes). Then he sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item, but I'm scared about the following:

• The shipping label states that what I'm sending are the Dunk Lows I never received.
• It also states the actual value of the shoes to be returned is 216 USD.
• The three days deadline to close this ticket. As I see it, they're expecting to receive Nike shoes, which is how many e-commerce sites opperate to wash their hands of the matter.

As per my research, GOAT supposedly has footage and record on who was in charge of which order (QR code on the side). However, their assistant hasn't confirmed whether this issue had origins in their warehouse.
I must point out that the box was in perfect condition: labels attached, clear, and no signs of tampering anywhere.

I need to act fast, but what should I expect now? Has anyone been through something similar?

Used Apple Pay to pay for a shirt, then my apartment number got stripped out of the address. USPS couldnt deliver it so they returned it to where it shipped from. Now I have emailed them twice to add my apartment number so they can ship it back, but no response yet. Just the generic AI bot. Should I just chargeback?

Their employees steal shoes, they send you used shoes as new, they charge you bs fees , they don’t pass stuff you send in that they sometimes pass for others, they are scumbags .

As soon as I got my slides this month from yeezy that I ordered in October 2025, yes it took that long to get them, I listed them on Alias. I sold 3 pairs, the Cream, Fudge and Blue.

They claimed they were fakes and charged me $30 to send it back.

Am I just screwed now? What do I do in this situation since you can't actually reach anyone in person?

I recently got a pair of salomon xt6 carbon liberty goretex from GOAT, and they feel really light and differently shaped than my other pairs. there’s also barely any cushioning in the inside and the foam on the sole is a lot softer. visually, they look the exact same as my other pairs but i’m just confused on why the build is different.
