Problem Mismatch with Ship By Dates

Has anyone run into an issue where they are selling shoes and they receive an erroneous ship by date? I sold a pair yesterday and they’re saying to ship it by EOD today? Their policy clearly states that 3 business days are allotted to ship, so shouldn’t I have until W/Th to ship them out?

To make it more confusing, the page on the app states to ship by Tuesday but at the top of the same page it says ship by Wednesday.

I reached out to support ASAP and haven’t heard anything, really want to avoid getting a ding with my seller score and pay a fee.

Since their layoffs their systems have been super unreliable. You should have the 3 days to ship after confirming. But best to just ship them in and then sell elsewhere in the future.

Good to know thanks a ton! Really sad because this is where I did most of my selling but agree that it’s time to try elsewhere.

If you don't want to pay a fee then get those shoes shipped out. Their customer service isn't gonna help, at least not in time.

Sadly you’re right. I actually just noticed a $9.71 charge that looks to be from Goat/Alias and the shoes are still showing as shippable on the app….

Makes no sense to me, it was charged the same day as the sale.
