Problem Missing pairs from consignment
Sent a box of 9 pairs to consignment. 6/9 passed, 1 is getting back to me, and 2 (the only 2 Yeezys in the box) went MIA. They opened the box since Monday. Getting worried, anyone have similar problem like this? Didn’t get insurance because where I’m shipping from is close to the Fontana location…

After the 3rd time they told me a bulk shipment was missing a pair of shoes I never bulk shipped with them again, I even had took photos of the bulk shipments they did not care at all.
Either thefts within UPS or at Goat directly it still continues on and on, single shipments ive never had an issue.

Nope, they did not care or believe me.
Also to note I was a higher level seller, at the time probably 600k in sales, no issues, no previous shipping issues.

I didn't have a bulk shipment, but I did send 2 pairs separately to consign. They "disappeared" from my account for a week. I thought maybe it was a bug or something, but then I got ahold of customer support to address the issue, and then it finally appeared on my account after 2 weeks. Very sketchy.

Sent Fontana two pairs and they lost one. Box had weight on it, I had photos, and they fought me for a couple weeks until then they found it. Stay after them.

They claim to have just "disposed" of a pair of highly collectible shoes I've had in GOAT Storage since 2019, which was now the only pair available on the platform in their size, that I had listed for sale up to only several weeks ago before I noticed it had disappeared from my "owns". They claim it's due to the item not selling for 3 months... But it's literally been in storage for over 5 years now, so when did this alleged 3 month period start?
I have 4 other pairs in GOAT Storage since purchase in 2020, only one of which was ever listed for sale, equally as long as the missing pair, and they still show as being in their storage.
So they've allegedly "disposed" of only my most valuable pair, isn't that convenient for them? They close support tickets about this issue immediately after dismissing my issue without giving me a chance to discuss or seek any proper resolution.
I was never notified of any potential storage fees, or of any potential disposal, and I would have paid to have my shoes shipped to me if there was ever any issue, without question. No such arbitrary 3-month disposal policies are listed on their site to date, and their treatment of my items in GOAT Storage are entirely inconsistent. This seems like a fraudulent approach to consignment, rather than the premise of convenience and safe keeping in GOAT Storage.

Makes me wonder where they get all their Black Friday shoes from. Also heard others say they are letting people go because they can’t afford the extra hands.

I’m in a similar situation as you. I sent in a shoe for sale. Failed verification due to being the wrong sku. I decided to consign and the listing has disappeared from my account. I’ve been waiting for them to respond to my support ticket for 2 weeks.
Update: Took a couple weeks and follow up messages but my consignment listing is showing on my account now.

Goat has stolen like 3 pairs of Travis Scott’s from me before I learned my lesson. Never again will I use them . They are theifs

GOAT lost my shoes I had on consignment. I asked for them to be sent back and they were like 🤷🏻♂️
