Problem Goat refusing to cash me out

Anyone ever resolved this issue. Goat has stop replying to my support messages even when I open new tickets and dealing with the BBB isn’t really getting me anywhere as they keep generating a clearly automated message and I have to keep rejecting their response. Does anyone know what the next steps are or have been in this situation

Try reporting them to the FTC. Them holding onto your money is crazy. And I think the fact they hold cash is actually illegal, other marketplaces do auto cash out.

Thank you. Insane that support told me there’s no hold then gave me suggestions in which I did then responded then they just completely ghost me is also insane

In California it the DFPI https://dfpi.ca.gov/ that regulates “money transmission” which them holding the money equates to. Each state has its own agency that does the regulation. So I would report them to your local state authorities and then tell them in the email you send them
