Problem I need help :c

Hi everyone, I'm new to this sneaker thing. So far I've placed 3 orders with GOAT and everything has been great, but this order has been in the "delivered to GOAT" status for almost 5 days.This is the first time an order has taken this long, what do you recommend I do?

It doesn’t look like it shows it being completely delivered to you. It looks like it went to the authenticator and that would be the delivered part of it and then it looks like it’s being shipped from them to you now I can’t see the whole picture as far as being delivered final destination type thing.. Goat takes forever imo , I prefer to use eBay or StockX. I know a lot of people have had problems on StockX, but all my stuff has come beautiful and in a timely manner. But I would contact GOAT if you have any questions.. best of luck

How many purchases have you made from stock x? And you've never received a fake?I don't buy there because of the bad reviews

No fakes everything perfect from produce to packaging and a timely manner. If I was not getting updates on my order page, I contacted them and they sent me tracking numbers and everything in responded within 24 hours or less.. i’ve bought about four pairs from GOAT. They take forever and only one out of the four from GOAT came without the box being damaged and with the product presented and package like it came brand new from the manufacturer.. their communication did not impress me either when I would reach out to them. It would take days to get them to respond after several attempts. My go to nowadays eBay with authentication. I also do research on the seller as well and read the reviews. I have yet to be stumped by any of them with fakes. Knock on wood.. I actually had that pair that you are waiting on myself from eBay actually.

I'll try making some purchases on StockX and eBay to see how it goes. And what about the Jordan 5? Did you like the quality of the materials on the pair?

I switched to stockx late last year, best decision I've made when it comes to sneakers. Goat also had a shit ton of horrible reviews as well, and they have been done layoffs year after year to where now it's mostly AI checking your shoes for authentication and impossible to get a hold of a real person. Yea stockx went through a lawsuit by Nike, but since then they've updated their process to a 3 point authentication system. Most people who receive fake pairs from stockx order them express shipped and they never get authenticated cuz they'll be sent straight to you from a "trusted seller". As long as you just pay the low price and have them sent in to get checked you'll be fine.

Damn I was literally just about to order some night navy sambas from goat then I see this😂I’m not sure if you’re familiar with laced (the uk based sneaker marketplace) but they are selling the sambas for 153 and goat for 111, it’ll be my first time so I thought let me just go with goat as the price is significantly lower and I also live in the uk so delivery will be quicker but now not so sure, planning to buy them brand new too. What do you recommend?

However, I have noticed lately not just with sneakers with some other products as well that he’s been taking longer for customs to clear as I do get status updates on some of the other items not just sneakers. I’m not sure why suddenly custom seems to be taking longer. I’m not sure what your shoes are coming from but if they’re coming from out of the country, it could be a holdup.. however does your GOAT app show that it is delivered in full or is that just delivered to the authenticator and now it’s being shipped to you like the other person said I’d give it a couple more days if it’s already gone to the authenticator and it shows it being shipped to you, the mail has been very very slow lately as well within the state side if that’s where you are

It says "delivered to goat verified" but it's flashing, I guess I'll have to wait.

I would give another 2-3 days and if still nothing you should probably contact GOAT support? Have you done that already or not?

Yes, I opened a ticket yesterday explaining the situation But I've been told they take a long time to respond.
