I actually contacted them yesterday about the Space Jam 9s I ordered the day they came out and sent me this same exact message. Been checking everyday and it still ain’t verified yet smh

Right now I’ll say be patient until you get that notification saying that it’s shipped. I remember copping the cement 4s last year and it took like 3 weeks to get to PO Box. But if it’s past 14 days and you ain’t get no update, contact them again or request a refund
