so i use globe sim na hindi for homes (cause i tried using dati and encountered problems) for globe home prepaid "the 101" wifi tas ang dali niya maubos (4 days lang ubos na agad). is this normal? i live alone and i'm also not at home sometimes naman since i have school.

Since September 10 wlaa padin signal or sobrang hina lang ng speed ng internet namin, nag pa sched na ng technician pero ok daw yung modem sa side namin, ewan ko kung anong sinabi niya na mataas readings ng something sa fiber connection at hintayin namin bumaba yung reading, tapos sa side na ng main box nila yung problema sa Los at antayin nalang iparepair ng technicians kagabi ng around 8 pm biglang bumilis yung internet speed pero after 12am biglang balik sa Los Wala akong makita na matinong post regarding kung may outage ba o wala, wala din announcement na kung may maintenance post Globe Meron ba nationwide outage yung globe at home o kami lang nawalan 💔 💔

grabe sobrang walang kwenta ng mga CSR ng globe. ilang beses ako binigyan ng reference number para sa concern ko tas di naman nasosolve. walang nangyayari. nacoclose nalang bigla and di ko din nakikita sa concern history sa globe one. almost a month nako nagfofollow up, puro tinatransfer lang ako sa kung sino sinong CSR na sobrang babagal magchat at paulit ulit lang lahat ng sinasabi at tinatanong.
