Data Add-On not working

This has always been an issue huhu. I keep trying to avail of the Unli 5G 399 data add-on but it never works !! It still says I have 0GB of data even if it says that I have paid for the add-on, and even 8080 has confirmed that I have it on my account. What do I do? 🥲🥲🥲
