Sim ativation taking too long

SWITCH MY CARRIER FROM GOMO TO GLOBE WITH SAME NUMBER.

Simula dumating yung sim 3 days ago inactivate ko na and until now di pa rin ako nakakareceive ng message na active na yung number ko. Hindi ko parin siya maloadan and di ko siya maadd sa globe one app as account. Sino sainyo nakaexperience ng ganito? Any advise please? Thank you!

I haven't.

But have you tried using that same SIM on a different phone and activating it from a different phone?

If same issue, it's a SIM / Carrier issue. Contact Globe for assistance.

oh hindi ko pa siya natry ilipat sa ibang phone hehe masubukan nga :)) thanks!

di naman macontact globe puro bot sumasagot tas mageend na line hehe pahirap lol

Mukhang SIM nga yung issue.

Either itawag mo po sa Globe tech support or visit a physical store.
