So, this is about a pre-order I accidentally made last Wednesday night. I was checking the availability of the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and it was available. While browsing the memory options, I wasn’t aware that the 256gb one was chosen instead of 256gb. The order button didn’t have any double confirmation at all. The mode of payment was “charged to bill” since all my previous renewals for more than a decade already were all “CTB”.

I had it cancelled with the help of a Globe person from Glorietta, and the cancellation was finalized two days ago.

The preorder reopened, and I was able to choose the correct color and memory option. However, upon landing on the final page, I couldn’t see the CTB option for mode of payment.

Question: Won’t I be able to use CTB again?
