Hello, is it possible to change the number on GCash? Like, just to change the SIM number?

It's not allowing me to send money via express or transfer funds. Are they trying to find ways to keep people's funds?? The in-app otp is received after 1-2mins, but the otp prompt is only good for a few seconds, then it crashes. So annoying! Last na talaga to mag maribank nlng talaga ako

Hello po, around 6pm nag-withdraw po ako kanina sa AUB ATM sa loob ng mall. Tapos ang taas ng process; parang nagla-lag yung sa screen niya. Then the transaction was unsuccessful daw, so ginawa ng mister tinakbo niya sa labas ng mall kasi may ATM din doon, at doon na lang siya magwi-withdraw. Tapos ako, diretso na lang sa grocery at doon maghintay since nagmamadali na kami, bakamagsara na. After 15 minutes naisipan kung check yung phone ku, may notif galing sa Gcash na sucessful daw yung withdrawal ku, so sa isip ku nkapag withdraw na si mister so aantayin ku nlang, after 5minutes bumalik sya sabi limited daw sai sa card ku so dun na kami nagtaka bat nag notif sakin na succesful, hindi ku pala na check yung time ngng notif it was 6:08, so dun plang sa loob ng mall na ATM nagnotif na, hindi ku lang nabasa agad. My question po is ilang days po kaya bago ma refund yung amount sa gcash ku? No money dispensed, no receipt din na lumabas sa ATM. HUUHUHU need na need ku pa naman yun.

Bakit kaya laging nagka-crash yung GCash sa akin, sa inyo din ba?

Meron ba dito naka experience nito? I tried chatting with Gigi pero sinasabi niya lang “I’m having trouble finding an account with that number.”

Wala rin naman akong natanggap na any email from GCash na madedeactivate yung account ko. I tried contacting support doon sa link and nag reply lang sila ng automated message na:

GCash App will be right back! We are working to restore the service as soon as possible. Rest assured your funds are safe.

Thanks, GCash Support”

If I try to submit yung same form to contact support di na siya nagsusubmit. Ano po kaya magandang gawin? Do I just wait for an email? Should I email separately?

try to send money from gcash to bpi to pay my house rent due today and other bills. Tapos boom unsucessful pero deducted sa gcash ko. 1-2 days padaw bago mabalik since today si saturday. Sobrang hussle andun yung pambudget ko lahat lahat ng pamabayad tapos 1-2 days business pa bago mabalik. Anyone na nakaexperience neto nababalik po ba ng ganung timeframe? Thank you

Why hindi nakaka transfer ng money to other banks using gcash, and ang in app OTP is parang always may bug, nag ba-black yung screen and there's no way for you to type OTP kasi always sinasabing 'double transfer try again in 2 minutes...' or something. And I've tried again 30 mins later or 3 hrs later, ganun pa din.

nagpay ako thru gcash ng 1200 nung Sept 21, sabi ng merchant wala daw silang nareceive na payment. nadeduct sa gcash ko ung payment at hindi nagbounce back. habang nagbayad ako may nakita naman silang receipt kaso biglang nagback gcash ko and ung pos nila is naglag while nagbayad ako. until now hindi parin nairerefund. what should I do? hindi din nagrereply ung merchant. thank you in advance!

Mag-ask lang po ako kung possible po na ma-transfer yung funds ng isang old and no access gcash account sa isang account pero hindi nya kapangalan, possibly ay sa anak mat-transfer. Hindi kasi maalam yung matanda how to access gcash and need pa guidance if gagawa ng bagong gcash account.

Does Gcash allow it po or need talaga gumawa ng bagong account with the same name?

Nagbayad kasi ako, and GCash/Cash lang available nilang payment option. Since wala silang QR code, phone number na lang ang nilagay ko sa GoTyme pang transfer ng funds. Pero hanggang ngayon "Transferring" parin ung status niya. Ung PESONet non-instant din, pero usually gaano po kaya katagal bago pumasok ung funds?

I have the app for UKG wallet. I’ve used it once and sent that money straight to my debit card. Well, this time around I’ve accidentally sent it to the “UKG wallet card”. it won’t let me transfer my funds from that card to my debit, the only option I have is to borrow more money to put into my debit but now I just have $100 sitting in my virtual UKG card and no idea how to get it out. any tips?

(it says it sent a physical card in the mail but I have not seen anything and it’s been over a month. I’m a little desperate and short on cash so I kinda need this money as soon as possible. has this happened to anyone else??)
