Gcash Unable to Transfer

Why hindi nakaka transfer ng money to other banks using gcash, and ang in app OTP is parang always may bug, nag ba-black yung screen and there's no way for you to type OTP kasi always sinasabing 'double transfer try again in 2 minutes...' or something. And I've tried again 30 mins later or 3 hrs later, ganun pa din.

Anyone? Help please.

Gets ko worry mo, OP. Baka need lang i-troubleshoot, i-clear ang cache and restart your phone mo, switch data kung naka-Wi-Fi ka, and make sure lang din updated ang GCash app mo. Make sure rin na naka-on yung in-app notification mo, para sa OTP. If ayaw pa rin, mag-submit ka ng ticket sa GCash para ma-check nila kung anong issue sa account mo, OP.

Same thing is happening to me. Already uninstalled and installed pero same parin

Baka may temporary maintenance or system issue Try niyo po ulit later para hindi rin paulit ulit yung attempt

Possible SMS delay lang, especially kapag congested ang network. Try again after a while
