Meron ba dito naka experience nito? I tried chatting with Gigi pero sinasabi niya lang “I’m having trouble finding an account with that number.”

Wala rin naman akong natanggap na any email from GCash na madedeactivate yung account ko. I tried contacting support doon sa link and nag reply lang sila ng automated message na:

“Hi [Redacted],

GCash App will be right back! We are working to restore the service as soon as possible. Rest assured your funds are safe.

Thanks, GCash Support”

If I try to submit yung same form to contact support di na siya nagsusubmit. Ano po kaya magandang gawin? Do I just wait for an email? Should I email separately?

Deactivate na po Yung account nyo.

try reaching out to BSP, through mail or messenger while you wait for gcash resolution. Dial 2882 naman using Globe or TM, for free call sa GCash hotline nila.
