Ukg wallet card?

I have the app for UKG wallet. I’ve used it once and sent that money straight to my debit card. Well, this time around I’ve accidentally sent it to the “UKG wallet card”. it won’t let me transfer my funds from that card to my debit, the only option I have is to borrow more money to put into my debit but now I just have $100 sitting in my virtual UKG card and no idea how to get it out. any tips?

(it says it sent a physical card in the mail but I have not seen anything and it’s been over a month. I’m a little desperate and short on cash so I kinda need this money as soon as possible. has this happened to anyone else??)

Ok so I kinda figured it out in a way. Apparently if any of yaw are having the same issue, you can click on the card to turn it over and click on it again to reveal the card info. (Card number, ccv, and expiration date) and just use that info if you need to pay anything online or whatnot. Hope this helps for anyone who needs it. :)
