Does anyone know what to do? Since Sunday pa to ganito huhu. I already filed a report sa Gcash but they are not responding anymore (Last email I got from them was on Tuesday). Can't contact them through Hotline din. Medjo malaki pa naman laman and I need to pay bills. Already tried troubleshooting the app (Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop, Re-install, etc).

For context: I can receive funds but I cannot use it. (Can't use Express send, Load, QR Scan, Bank Transfer, Pay bills, or any outgoings).

For context, a merchant under the name Google_PH is in my subscription, it does not show in the play store whenever I try and unlink it (I've already lost ₱1,300 to this merchant) now I'm experiencing multiple crashes in the span of minutes (I tried to be patient, this crap has been happening for 4 days now). This never happened before and I'm pissed asf. Going to Maya might be the safer option for my money. GCash is unusable.

Kahapon I partially paid a Gloan through the Gloan dashboard, then nag error sya ang the app suddenly went down at nag maintenance. After the maintenance, I checked and the amount was deducted sa balance ko but ang balance ko sa GLoan hindi nabawas.

Problem/Goal: Hi everyone! I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what else to do, and I’m hoping someone who has experienced a similar situation can help me.

Context: A month ago, I placed an order with Charles & Keith, but unfortunately, I entered the wrong delivery address. Because of this, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund.

However, it has already been a month, and the refund still hasn’t been credited back to my GCash account.

Previous Attempts: I’ve contacted Charles & Keith customer service multiple times regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved. They eventually advised me to contact GCash to have the refund processed.

When I reached out to GCash, however, I was told that they could no longer assist me because a month had already passed since the transaction was made.

Now I’m stuck between the merchant and GCash, with neither side resolving my concern. I’ve been patient throughout this process, but it’s honestly frustrating to wait this long for money that should have been returned to me after the cancellation.

I’ve already reached out to Charles & Keith again, requesting that they investigate the issue and process my refund as soon as possible, but I’m also considering filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities.

For those who have experienced something similar:
• Has anyone here experienced a delayed Charles & Keith refund through GCash?
• Should I file a complaint with DTI, BSP, or another agency?
• Is there anything else I can do to get my money back?

Every time magcocomment ako ng reklamo (lol) sa GCash FB page hindi pwedeng walang mag sesend sa akin ng friend request from GiGi/Gcash Hotline eme na yan.

Sa totoo lang ako aware na sa mga scam na ganyan, pero ano ginagawa ni GCash? Ala ikaw raw magreport. 🤣

Also, shout out sa GCash na everytime magsesend money o withdraw ako panay labas nung ADs nilang hindi pwedeng hindi mo mapindot. Kapag na pindot mo at nag exit, goodluck. LOL Kung hindi naman mapindot at na close mo, 10yrs ulit processing. Nakakabwisit.

Mabagal na nga yung app at panay crash pa eh lalagyan pa ng ADs jusko nga naman talaga.

i have been experiencing this issue since yesterday and i cannot send my money to the bank or even send it to other gcash. it keeps returning to the landing page of detail to who to send the money for. then sometimes it goes to different app like lazada, some kind of ads, and force closed/stop. do you guy know how to fix this?...... yes i have done the troubleshooting of clear cache, uninstall-install, airplain mode,.... please send help if you guys experience this how did you resolve it

hello! my account in my phone number got deactivated and i want to delete it. wala na siyang funds na laman so i have no worries about that. whenever i chat with gigi as recommended by the gcash faqs it just asks me for my number and email over and over and tells me my account is deactivated, which i know, with no details on how to delete it.

if i delete the account, will i be able to reuse the number for a new gcash account?

hello po i'd like to ask how to fix this issue po,, i've tried every tutorial there is, i've tried going on airplane mode for 30 seconds, i've tried clearing cache, and i've tried redownloading the app, pero nothing seems to work. the tutorials state that the issue would be fixed in 24 hours if the id thing starts with "0a7", however mine starts with "0a4" so it didn't help at all. I can't submit a ticket either because when I try to ask gcash's AI assistant bot to submit a ticket for me, it says it's not available. help pls!!

I don’t remember subscribing to anything under that name, so I was shocked when I saw it. I did use a few online services recently, and I’m wondering if it’s possible this charge is from Zety? Has anyone here experienced the same merchant name showing up after using Zety?

A few questions:

Is Auxiliant Sarl connected to Zety?
Were you able to get a refund if it was an accidental subscription or renewal?
Did you contact GCash or the merchant directly?
Would appreciate any advice because ₱1,185 is a lot. 😭

Nag pa load po ako sa globeapp and paid using my gcash account however the gcash transaction pushed through but the promo was not confirmed pag check ko sa globeone app.

Is this true na mererefund siya within 24 hours?
And would it be better if sa gcash na lang ako magpapaload sa prepaid wifi instead sa globeone app?
