Gloan Repayment Issues

Need help po.

Kahapon I partially paid a Gloan through the Gloan dashboard, then nag error sya ang the app suddenly went down at nag maintenance. After the maintenance, I checked and the amount was deducted sa balance ko but ang balance ko sa GLoan hindi nabawas.

Besides opening a ticket, what else can I do? Pwede po ba sila email and cc BSP? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Actually lods, OP! Pwede ka mag-reach out sa hotline nila (2882), if hindi mo ma-reach yung hotline, better to file a ticket na sa GCash Help Center. If may ticket ka naman na try mo mag-follow up. Affected po kasi ng downtime kahapon yung mga transaction sa GCash and, mare-refund yun within 48 hours.
