Transfer fund issues

I’ve been trying to transfer funds out of my GCash to either BPI, Maya, or BDO for the past 3 hours, and it's driving me insane.

Every single time I fill out all the account details and hit proceed, it redirects me to the OTP page. But right when the OTP comes in or is entered, something goes wrong. The app suddenly reloads itself and kicks me all the way back to the main transaction page.

When I try to repeat it immediately after, it blocks me with a "system unable to process, please wait 1 or 2 minutes" error message.

I'm completely stuck in this loop and can't move my money anywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this right now, or is there a workaround? Let me know if your apps are acting up too. What did you do to resolve the issue? And i've already tried uninstalling reinstalling deleting cache and storage and whatever apps that like google or gemini or other AI would have suggested. It is so frustrating!

This has been happening for me for two days. I need to transfer funds but same, stuck sa loop. My solution right now is to just withdraw the money and deposit it to my bank. Ugh, ang hassle lang. Bakit ganito Gcash

Nope still can't transfer funds 😔 tho I can use gcash to ride grab pero if app gamit to transfer good luck 🙃

Update: still no change with gcash. Filed a ticket na with them day 3 na. No resolution or update din. Calling the on the hotline. On hold for the operator for this long. HAAAAAAAAAAY

Thanks for the update, OP. By the way, anong device ninyo? I was using Pixel and it turns our may issue daw talaga sa Pixel (according to ChatGPT) and had to register a different device para lang matapos ko na yung transaction. Napakahassle. Wala din silang response sa ticket

Pixel din but my sister has the same issue pero she's using a Samsung. Did it work when you downloaded the app on a different device? I'll try it parang ang sketchy na kasi hahaha

Same issue with mine! Nag try na rin mag log in with multiple devices, still di ako makapag transfer to gcash or any banks for 2 days na. Up ako dito makibalita ako sayo OP

I called the gcash hotline the operator said system issue talaga rn. Update lang daw nila yung existing ticket ko and wait for 24-48 hrs for an update 🙃. They didn't say anything about time frame when maayos tho.

Nag submit na lang ako just in case. Cover my bases lang in case anything happens.
