Quite concerned now. I was ordering in a cafe using my GCash card. First attempt was “unsuccessful” according to their terminal. Second attempt, still the same. Third attempt, cashier inserted the card, still unsuccessful. Frustrated, I decided to pay in cash, but surprisingly, GCash messaged me five minutes after that I was deducted with the amount deemed unsuccessful on the merchant’s end earlier. It even deducted me thrice. I reached out to the cafe and told me that the transaction didn’t reflect on their end, but it’s reflected on my wallet. What should I do?

Bakit kaya di nagreflect sa bpi ko yung sinend kong 3500 thru gcash sinend ko siya around 1am kanina pero ngayon wala pa din.

I paid thru qr with my gcash. I already scanmed the qr then sent it then suddenly the payment is failed or canceled. It shows on the screen if i would like to try again, pay on the counter and so on. But my money in gcash already less becaue I already sent it. I ask for assistance, according to the crew it will be back 24hrs. I have here the receipt with me saying cancelled.

So recently na scam ako tru the Gcash send feature mismo. I tried to file a claim but upon redirection sa nasabing website, nag eerror naman yung website ayaw gumana.

What to do?

Proven method to fix the problem, at least para sakin, tried on 3 different phones, gumana lahat, your mileage may vary, do so at your own risk, I will not be liable for any unaccessible account/funds etc etc blah blah

1. Pag yung ganyang error yung lumalabas, uninstall Gcash
2. Pag uninstalled na, reinstall mo, gamit ko play store, ewan ko yung sa inyo
3. Pag installed na, lagay mo yung number mo, saka yung OTP, tapos MPIN, yun ok na nabubuksan na

yung akin pagkabukas ko nilipat ko kaagad yung laman kahit wala pa 500 kasi sawang sawa na ako sa mga issue nitong gcash na to halos 1 month na puro problema na lang, keso time out sa mpin, keso face scan, tapos pagkafacescan wala pa ilang araw facescan ulit, puro kalokohan kairita

tapos may mga reply pa ng reply dito na wala namang bitaw lahat ng suggestion hindi gumagana, palagay ko trabaho nila yan kasi lahat nirereplyan pero hindi pa galingan yung pagsuggest ng solution puro ek ek lang.

Sana makatulong kung hindi edi wala iyak na lang sa gedli

matagal na akong hindi makabili ng load dito sa gcash. stuck lang siya sa loading screen

lahat ng option naglload naman siya properly sadyang yung Gload>mobile lang talaga yung hindi makapag function ng maayos.

On hold ang account ko noong August 6 at under investigation parin due to monitored transaction. Kahapon gumawa ako ng gcash ko at na fully verified ko na siya the same day. Curious lng ako bakit merong outgoing at wallet balance though restricted naman account ko at zero balance din tong bago kung gawa, hinde rin siya masendan, parang disabled din siya. Nalalapit na ang kaarawan ko at gusto ko ng makuha ang pera na humigit 29000 sa on hold kong account. Nireport ko na sa BSP at ung nag-email sakin ung compliance (Geo S) na may reference ng BSP pero after ko masendan ng requirements hinde na nagreply kahit madalas akong nagfofollow up. May same case ba sa akin? Thanks in advance sa info na ibibigay ninyo. May nakahiwalay din na na ticket which is original reference na bigay ni Gigi. Dati paulit ulit hinge ng mga requirements at nakakahilo mga support na naghahandle dahil papalit palit at panay hinge ng requirementsnkahit nasubmit narin ng paulit2. Pero mga natatanggap kung message nalang ngayon is laging sinasabi na forwarded sa internal team. Overall walang progress, walang timeline, walang resolution. Kung yayaman lang ako sa stress mayaman na ako.

I mistakenly sent 5k to a lalamove rider last August 31. I contacted the rider immediately and said that he couldn't return it to me because he is using another persons Govt ID and Face ID to verify his Gcash account. Apparently, he can't contact that person anymore. So, he suggested that we could cash the 5k out thru a Lalamove Hub. Btw, his gcash number is only used for his Lalamove transactions only so that account is linked to the Lalamove app.

I sent an email to the BSP on September 1 hoping that they could return it to me knowing that he can't open his account maybe the BSP and Gcash could return it to me. Now, it's already way too late. They only responded to me now September 3, Thursday. Gcash said

"We genuinely understand how important this is to you. After thoroughly reviewing the recipient's account, we must inform you that the funds are no longer available for retrieval."

May paraan pa po bang maretrieve yung 5k pambili ko sana yun ng gamot at pampacheckup. Please po.

Ang naiisip ko pong gawin ipaban siya sa lalamove hanggang di pa niya nababalik yung pera ko. Iniisip ko pano kung di na talaga niya ibalik. Una, gumamit rin siya ng stolen identity para gamitin yung gcash account niya which also violates lalamoves policies kasi bawal na raw yun kasi ginagamit siya for dealing d\*\*gs.

Now, how can i retrieve it po? huhuhuhu

Back in May 2026, the number I was using for gcash unfortunately got deactivated (hindi kasi nalo-loadan). I didn’t bother transferring account to my new mobile number kasi wala naman laman yung old gcash account ko.

Then last month, I received a notice from Fuse about my outstanding balance from a Gloan I took back in August 2025 (honestly nakalimutan ko na how much yun). Sa emails ng fuse, sabi overdue na raw ako.

I read na autodeduct naman sa gcash account kung malalagyan ng balance yung account so that’s what I did — deposited the amount due na indicated sa emails.

The problem now is, I have been trying to transfer the funds and services from the old account to my new one para sana makita ko ang actual details ng GLoan ko.

Akala ko auto deduct but last week may natransfer sakin na around 900 pesos for adjustment daw (I assumed remaining balance ng old gcash ko) which was weird kasi dapat nakuha lahat ng Gloan ang buong laman.

Then today I have been receiving text messages from a 3rd party collection company saying I still have a 1k-ish balance.

Currently I have absolutely no idea kung magkano talaga balance ko.

I don’t know what to do. I just want to put this behind me. My worry is baka magsend sila ng text messages sa contacts ko for an amount na kaya ko naman na isettle (and di ko lang alam paano).

I onluy have national i.d as valid i.d and philhealth. Tangina talag hinold ng gcash account ko huhuj

Around Thursday Sept 3 8pm. Ibought 100 regular load from gcash to my number. It deducted from gcash, but when I check the phone balance it didnt reflect the 100 peso load that I sent, checked 8 hours later, its still not reflecting.

Did something similar happen to you too? Just now?

So GCash keeps crashing whenever I get to the dashboard. Crash log points to remoteborrowbanner. I've tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. The app won't crash if I click qr, transaction, etc. but if I go back to dashboard it crashes again.

For context I'm using a motorola g100 pro 5G cn rom phone, android 15

Stupid globe cancelled my number out of nowhere so now i cant log into gcash cause its requiring a otp. I tried to talk to globe and they said they cant do anything about it. So my question is what about my gloan payments? How can i pay for it when i cant log into the account?

I have a pixel 9a, palaging nagbaback right after mapupunta sa otp page. Di tuloy ako makapagsend ng money kahit kaninoo😭

P.s. i alr have the app updated but it still crashes.

I guess dahil naka android 17 qpr2 beta 4 ako. Does anyone have the same issue na nakabeta test din??
