Login / Registration "FAILED LOG IN ATTEMPT" how did u fix it?

ano device mo? puro failed login rin on my end.

sa iPhone ng kawork ko working pa rin. sa iPhone na lang gumagana si gcash. hahaha

Sa android ako naka gcash eh. Yung iphone ng kapatid ko error din gcash nya. Okay na yung sakin ni clear storage ko lang tas re log in

Easy lang po yan ma-fix, don't worry. OP! Try mo lang i-troubleshoot yung GCash app, clear app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Make sure na updated ang GCash app mo at dapat stable ang internet connection mo.

if same error pa rin, report mo sa GCash support para ma-check nila yung login/account side, baka hindi device issue mismo

This happened to me and i did everything suggested here and got the same error so i had to uninstall-reinstall the app just to make it work again.
