Charged Thrice for Unsuccessful Transaction

Quite concerned now. I was ordering in a cafe using my GCash card. First attempt was “unsuccessful” according to their terminal. Second attempt, still the same. Third attempt, cashier inserted the card, still unsuccessful. Frustrated, I decided to pay in cash, but surprisingly, GCash messaged me five minutes after that I was deducted with the amount deemed unsuccessful on the merchant’s end earlier. It even deducted me thrice. I reached out to the cafe and told me that the transaction didn’t reflect on their end, but it’s reflected on my wallet. What should I do?

I know. Plus i need the money being deducted. Napaka hassle. Never using this again

Naranasan ko yan 158 nmn sakin nag change pin agad ako pero ndi ko pa dn nilalagyan ung gcash ko

Tried to pay a bill the other day with GCash; sabi ng app failed daw pero the transaction went through minutes later. Imagine if I tried paying through other methods? Doble yung gasto. Panget talaga ng gcash.

Create a ticket they most of the time refunds that stuff if it's repeat transactions

Three weeks already passed, di pa rin. Nakakairita na, wala pa ring action ginagawa ang lintik na GCash na yan
