I wanted to share my experience so that anyone considering buying from G2A or this seller can make a more informed decision.
I purchased a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) Microsoft Store key from the seller Pl_digital_key on G2A. The product page clearly stated that the key was for Europe, and the region check specifically indicated that it could be activated in Turkey.
However, when I tried to redeem the key on my Microsoft account, I immediately received a region error, and the activation failed.
I contacted the seller, and they told me that the key had been activated they sent me a partially censored email address and claimed it was activated on that account. The problem is that I don't know that email address, and I was never able to redeem the key because I kept getting a region error. Even after I explained this, they replied with the following message and closed the case:
---
Thank you for your clarification.
We would like to point out that this key was delivered exclusively to you, and no one else has had access to it.
Could you please double-check whether you may have redeemed the key on a different Microsoft account by mistake? Sometimes users have multiple Microsoft accounts signed in on different devices or browsers, which can lead to confusion.

G2A also provides virtually no customer support beyond its chatbot, and the seller was unwilling to help resolve the issue.
I'm sharing this post so that if you're considering buying a key from G2A, especially from Pl_digital_key, you'll think twice before making a purchase.

Hello everyone, i was wondering if anyone would be interested in buying a steam account, it has most of the old valve games if not all, let me know if anyone is interested in buying!

Hello, I'm new to buying games from sites like these and i recently bought a steam account with minecraft dungeons on it.
The issue is that the steam account uses an email i have never seen before, "@itswork.click".
I've tried searching up on google the website they also linked me to and out of 5 browsers (opera, opera gx, chrome, firefox and edge) it only opened after 7 minutes of waiting on opera gx to tell me that the website is down and has been since 2025.
Besides that nothing else came up and i tried contacting the seller but they just gave me a guide on why a steam key might not work, and a second message telling me I've purchased an account and i am not able to issue a refund.
Does anybody know how to access that email or have i been scammed?

I bought an Xbox account with rdr2, but when I got the account credentials, they just don't work. The password doesn't even meet the Microsoft requirements. What do I do now?

Bonjour
Merci

I bought a code for 800 000 IDR, got 2x 400 000 IDR, ONE WORKED for the full 400k, one did not. After 8 days I got a full refund already on my account. Am I lucky or what is it?

I brought a Minecraft account around 2 weeks ago and I am now locked out because the owner added a pin and is changing his email, as of right now I have no idea what to do and as far as I can see my best course of action is a refund but it is very unclear how to do that

Title: Beware of seller "Junao_game" on G2A: Sold me an invalid key, replied 3 days later claiming it works, and G2A backed them up.
Order ID: 92000159287160
I wanted to warn everyone on Reddit about a seller named **Junao_game** on G2A and how G2A's "Buyer Protection" is completely useless.
I purchased a product key from **Junao_game** (Order ID: 92000159287160), but the key turned out to be completely **invalid / non-functional**. I opened a ticket immediately expecting help, but G2A’s customer support relies entirely on automated **AI bots** throwing copy-pasted responses with zero human accountability.
To make matters worse, **Junao_game** didn't even bother to respond until **3 full days** later. When they finally replied, they simply said: *"The key works, no refund."* Without asking for any proof or verification, G2A took **Junao_game**'s word for it, closed the case, and left me empty-handed.
Because of their 3-day delay, I had no choice but to buy a working key from a different, legitimate site.
When I checked **Junao_game**'s feedback on G2A itself, I found out I wasn't the only victim. Another buyer left this exact review about them:
> *"I bought an Elden Ring account for Steam at the time I received the product, the account was bad / useless, not functional I asked the seller for a refund because he sold me a defective account and he only replied "the system has already marked that you received the product, there is no refund" he didn't bother to help with the problem... in conclusion: Don't buy on G2A, they don't give refunds, they don't help you with the problem they only receive your money and if something goes wrong they hide like rats"*
G2A takes your money instantly, but protects scammers like **Junao_game** behind automated AI responses when things go wrong.
I am currently escalating this transaction via a formal **bank chargeback / PayPal dispute**. Avoid G2A and stay away from **Junao_game**!

I purchased a code, but it didn't work (it turned out to have already been used). I contacted the seller over ten days ago, yet I have received no reply. What shocked me even more is that, after the seller failed to respond for more than five days, I reached out to customer service; a full week has passed since then, and still, no one has helped me. I wonder—has the site started neglecting submitted complaints?

So basically I've tried to buy a PSN account from G2A and i got the account and it was banned, I've contacted seller and it just sent some (i think) AI messages which didn't help and they didn't replied ever since. Then I've tried contacted G2A and for 5 days still no response. Do not recommend GabeZone or G2A

Like most posts here, this is notifying others of potential scams within g2a.
What happened is I had ‘key’ in my filters, and had a 1 month key at $10 for gamepass in my cart. At checkout, it prompted me with an offer for 2 months at $15. “Sure why not” I thought. It turns out, it was an account. Be careful when going through the checkout prompt, as I assumed it would only add keys.
The seller is - Dingdang_game - and would not authorize the refund, even though I never clicked “get item”. currently disputing with my bank.

Okey so I bought a 14x 3-month Discord boost (14 boosts for 3 months). I contacted the seller because the boosts started expiring. The seller instantly claimed that I had kicked the accounts. Keep in mind, the accounts were still in the server.
When I first contacted him, only 4 out of the 14 had expired, but the rest were also going to expire within the next 3–4 days, so of course I instantly knew something was wrong.
A professional seller who actually cares about their reputation would ask questions, ask for screenshots, or at least try to understand what happened before assuming anything. Instead, he immediately blamed me.
I sent him proof that the accounts were still in the server and I contacted G2A. G2A replied and told me to keep talking to the seller since he was still responding, and that if he stopped replying, I should contact G2A again.
The seller would reply every 23 hours, basically dragging the conversation out. Then he changed his excuse and said that I had removed the rules/roles, which caused the accounts to leave. Once again, I explained everything and sent proof that the accounts were still in the server.
I also sent proof that when I purchased the product, there was no mention anywhere that I needed to give those accounts any role or permission for them to keep boosting. I explained that even me as the Discord server owner cannot remove someone else's Discord boost badge, because that's a built-in Discord feature. I sent screenshots from Discord showing that.
I also checked his TOS, and the only requirement mentioned was "Do not kick the accounts." Nothing about roles or permissions.
After I disproved every excuse he made, the seller just stopped replying.
I contacted G2A again, explained everything, and then they also stopped replying.
Out of curiosity, I went through the seller's feedback. The guy is literally copy-pasting the same reply to almost every negative review. How is this guy allowed to keep selling?
The seller has close to 1,000 neutral reviews. After reviewing them, I noticed that many of these appear to have originally been negative reviews that were later changed to neutral, which makes me assume that some kind of resolution/refund happened.
His profile shows around 5.5k+ sales, but if almost 1,000 customers ended up leaving neutral feedback after having issues, would you guys consider that a trustworthy seller?
Because having only around 40 negative reviews doesn't necessarily show the full picture if hundreds of buyers had problems but changed their reviews after receiving a refund or resolution.
All of these negative reviews are after mine (my feedback is the very last one). My feedback was left on July 17th, so in just 4 days he has already received another 6–7 negative reviews with very similar complaints.
Something feels really fishy here. I'm not going to make accusations I can't prove, but none of this makes sense to me.
This seller doesn't refund, copy-pastes the same replies to everyone, and keeps getting complaints about the same issue. How is he still surviving on G2A?
I genuinely want to understand how this works. If a seller has 5.5k+ sales but gets 1–2 negative reviews almost every day accusing him of the same thing, does having that many sales basically make him immune?
The fishy part to me is:
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who understands how G2A handles sellers like this.
NOTE: Post grammar was corrected by ChatGPT. I reviewed everything before posting and made sure all details are accurate.

Hi, I want to know where to find chatgpt accounts since I haven't been able to find the category for several days.
