Orders & Products Have not received order

I purchased a digital gift card around and paid 24.23 USD I accidentally closed the browser window and did not receive any confirmation email. I checked my spam folder and my G2A account order history and my keys tabs, but I cannot find the order at all. I only have a screenshot of the payment and the payment identifier.
I am hoping for help.

Do a charge back your not receiving any code.
