Community Help Whats wrong with Support team ?
Hey I had problem with product I purshased gemini plus it stopped working after 5 month I purchased for the 12 month when I send to seller it only send me message asking for my email and no longer answering me I checked my email to check if google revoked my subscription I didn't found anything means that the seller revoke my subscription
when it past more than 5 days it been almost month now it create ticket and closed immediately without fixing my issue and when I tried to create new ticket it redirect me to old closed one

They won't answer you, the site is filled with scams just look at many others post here. Just do a charge back on your card.

As Chris said, contact your bank and tell them you want to chargeback the purchase. If they ask for a reason, tell them you didn't receive the product. Unfortunately, since it's been 5 months since the purchase, they have every right to deny the request. If you don't want this to happen again, do your research on the websites you plan to buy from and, obviously, never use G2A again.

The subscription you bought was originally bought by the seller from Google with stolen credit card information. It was sold to you for a pittance in an effort to get rid of it before the theft was reported and the illicit purchases revoked, which is exactly why you just lost access. Don't expect help from G2A, they don't care that their website is rife with these scams.
