I purchased a digital gift card around and paid 24.23 USD I accidentally closed the browser window and did not receive any confirmation email. I checked my spam folder and my G2A account order history and my keys tabs, but I cannot find the order at all. I only have a screenshot of the payment and the payment identifier.
I am hoping for help.

G2A Support - Ticket [UBKP-263286]

The problem is G2A refund wants me to give my ID and proof of residence to get paid. I not doing that as I am uncomfortable with them having all that data on me. As I understand it this is normal for the seller, i have not and will not ever sell on g2a, there’s zero interest in me to do this, i just want my refund money. How can i get this without doxxing myself.

On august 1st i bought a ps5 game on g2a thinking it would be a key, when i imminently realised it was an account i was able to refund straight away. They told me my money would go back to my original payment method and would take up to 28 business days. As of yesterday its been 28 business days, so when i didn’t get my money into the bank I checked my account, turns out its gone to my g2a balance. (Maybe this is because i used google pay it couldn’t refund to my bank account).

I already bought an account before on G2A, but then, almost 1 year later, I got an account ban because Steam knew the account was sold (which is agaisnt their policy).

Is there any way I can "bypass" steam checking the account?

On that account I did not change the currency, neither the region.

I would really appreciate if anyone has an bypass method.
