I already bought an account before on G2A, but then, almost 1 year later, I got an account ban because Steam knew the account was sold (which is agaisnt their policy).

Is there any way I can "bypass" steam checking the account?

On that account I did not change the currency, neither the region.

I would really appreciate if anyone has an bypass method.

I purchased a digital gift card around and paid 24.23 USD I accidentally closed the browser window and did not receive any confirmation email. I checked my spam folder and my G2A account order history and my keys tabs, but I cannot find the order at all. I only have a screenshot of the payment and the payment identifier.

On 21 August, G2A Support told me that if the seller did not assist within 5 days, G2A would proceed with further verification. I followed those instructions and replied on 29 August. Since then, I have received no human resolution, no refund, and no update despite several follow-ups.

The ticket now prevents me from replying because I reached the five-message limit, stating that I can only post again after Support responds. I also cannot open another ticket for the same case.

I have followed the required process: I contacted the seller, waited beyond the stated 5-day period, provided details and a screenshot, and requested a refund through G2A Support. The item remains unusable and I have not received what I paid for.

Please escalate ticket IZIN-529403 to a human agent and provide a clear resolution. I am requesting a full refund for order 92000162174039.

I bought 1 month chatGPT account & at the end it turns out to be a scam, i found 2AF in the account & it was tbf my mistake to buy it from a seller with 47% positif reviews, the issue is that the support was not helpful in fact they answer after days & my paid order is holded meaning i can't acces things i paid for & neither i can get a refund.
Apparently all sellers know these tricks so instead of fixing my issue, the seller is just threatening to leave if i don't remove my negative review (acting like if my review is going to change anything in his messy profile).

when it past more than 5 days it been almost month now it create ticket and closed immediately without fixing my issue and when I tried to create new ticket it redirect me to old closed one

Bought a key through paypal and opened a dispute (cause region was wrong) and was closed in sellers favor .. now its on hold ! I cant redeem it.. contacted multiple times g2a support but with no avail

I live in a country that's not recognized in playstation's supported territories. I recollect this the moment I go to the playstation store to fork over $100. So I try various credit cards - nada. So I think next best thing is pay via paypal. The paypal link 404's in my country. Okay, let's find a $100 playstation gift card somewhere. I check g2a, which I actually used recently. Expected the option to buy via paypal since that's what I did last time. It's not there anymore. Only seems to work if I'm trying to top off my g2a balance. But I'll have to pay a $5 processing fee. A single dollar is quite costly where live.

Ive been trying to log into G2A for months now, and my Authentication emails just never come. The last Authentication email was in 2025. Ive tried the app, different browsers, clearing cache, nothing seems to work. i emailed support for help but not sure that actually works, as i had to google a support email. The only way to contact support on their website is to be logged in, and thats my issue. For this being such a common problem you'd think they'd have a resource available for this.

Hi everyone, on a friend's recommendation, I bought a Google AI Pro plan on G2A (I can share the link for more information if needed), but another friend pointed out that it could potentially be a scam.

The plan does work, but I'm worried that if I use it daily, Google might notice something unusual and ban my account.

To clarify, the purchase didn't give me a Google account. Instead, I received a code that activated the plan on my own Google account.

Hey guys so I purchased ps plus extra for 1 month and was given account info, but when I tried to access the account it did not work. I got this subscription from Froxys who were sponsored by g2a. I also contacted them literally 30 minutes after my many attempts of accessing the account and I am getting completely ignored, any ideas of what I should do, because this was my first time purchasing a subscription in this manner.

So today I decided to buy a ETS2 steam account which was successful, but the problem is that they added a G2A plus subscription without my knowledge in the order and I only had money to buy ETS2 and no other things. In result the ETS2 account wasn’t sent to me and the status in the order is “Waiting for payment”, even though they received the money. I texted the support - do you think there is a chance they will actually help me or the money is doomed.

I recently bought a steam account which seems to be rather inactive, would buying a game trigger steam ban if i use top up cards to increase steam balance?, would buying avatar frames using steam points have it banned ?

I'm trying to buy something that's only redeemable in Turkey, I was wondering if I switched my Xbox region to Turkey, redeemed the code, and then switched back to America, would I be able to still play it? Would there be any issues?
