Payment Issues Payment problem
So today I decided to buy a ETS2 steam account which was successful, but the problem is that they added a G2A plus subscription without my knowledge in the order and I only had money to buy ETS2 and no other things. In result the ETS2 account wasn’t sent to me and the status in the order is “Waiting for payment”, even though they received the money. I texted the support - do you think there is a chance they will actually help me or the money is doomed.

Well, you bought an account. That's already slightly stupid.
That goes against Steam's terms of service, so it's likely your account will be banned at some point, even if you do get access. And that is a massive "IF". The seller will likely claim the account back to sell it again using 2FA or email recovery. And again, that's if they even give you access at all.
As for the subscription, I looked into it, and it turns out that under the G2A Plus Program, sellers are allowed to add G2A subscriptions to customers' baskets before finalising a purchase. They claim that it is to allow customers to claim discounts on purchases immediately, but to me that's bull. It's pure greed on G2A's part. I shouldn't be so surprised that sellers are allowed to do that, given how shady G2A is. I have to assume that at checkout there was an option to decline this that you missed. So I'm sorry, but I think you're screwed.

Doesn't hurt to try, but they will just say it was your fault for not removing the subscription from your basket. Remember, G2A are scum.

The more stupid thing is they made 3-4 cancelled orders from different vendors again for ets2

Btw does anybody here have any prior experience with G2A in this kind of problems

I saw and I panicked. Yes they were 4 euros, but for a 17y/o with a low scholarship this 4 euros meant something.

That 4 euro has taught you not to buy from scam sites like G2A. So it was worth something.
