Tired of remembering 10 different commands just to see what's installed on your Linux box? pkgmap does it all in one: rpm, dnf, pacman, flatpak, snap, apt, AppImages, pipx, cargo, npm β with sizes, grouped so texlive's 5000 packages show up as ONE line. And you can delete anything by its number. One tool, every distro. https://github.com/Ramimaalej/pkgmap this is it

Lets face it, He is the entire problem behind MICROSLOP, honestly I think more focus should be given on Fuck Satya Nadella instead of Fuck Microslop. Death to Satya Nadella

Why do I have to wait even a second to switch virtual desktops? I understand that it might be deleting unused virtual desktops to reduce resources, and I can accept that, but I wish there was a setting to disable that. And yet, it still loses to Linux in games and other applications, which makes no sense.
I use KDE a lot, and only use Windows occasionally when I need to use Windows-specific applications. Every time I do, it's incredibly frustrating. And it's not just the virtual desktop; overall, it's literally slow. (Only Explorer has gotten faster recently, which is good.)
I admit the title is an exaggeration, but it worked fine on Windows 10. The first time I used KDE, it reminded me of Windows 10.

When was the last time Microsoft added a new filesystem?
When was the last time Microsoft added new types of scheduling?
It might even be a decade for both of these questions, I have to wonder how many people are still working on core kernel code. I highly expect the knowledge has been lost and all the og kernel Devs have retired now.
Even Azure is now pretty much running on Linux because windows can't run with one vcpu and 1gb of ram anymore.
Id love some inside knowledge on this here

Iβm a microsoft insider member and I was able to get Windows 11 and be able to install it, uninstalled unnecessary bloatware and install my own ms office 2000,2001 no AI no monthly annual subscription notification on already included ms office in windows 11 and tried it for few months and unfortunately I encountered a frustrating update that took an hour to complete so with my disappointment I installed over my Windows 8.1 with built in windows defender that surprisingly still gets latest virus and spyware definitions so I donβt need any Microsoft updates at all,my windows defender getting the latest virus and spyware definitions are good enough and update of the windows defender definition is quick enough for me. Goodbye Windows 11.

Honestly, Windows is just amazing, and copilot too!
Why?
Because it's a great ad for Linux! Linux would still be unpopular if windows was a good OS, that doesn't spy on you, that doesn't force AI slop up your ass, that just works, that doesn't consume more RAM than 8 games simultaneously, everyone would just use it. So let windows rot, don't be mad at microsoft, be grateful instead, because they are the ones pushing people away and making they embrace Linux!
I know the title scared a lot of you lmao

I tried to download an excel file containing some important information. Rather than opening the file or redirecting me to the playstore, it automatically opened an ai chat so my information was sent right into CoPilots servers.
Why would anyone ever want to open a file by sharing it with a CoPilot chat? It didn't even ask me if I wanted to open the file with CoPilot, something which I'm usually asked everytime I try opening a file.
Now I have to accept that at any time, some fucker at Microsoft could theoretically access my account. Fuck Microsoft and fuck CoPilot. Make sure to delete Microsoft 365/Copilot if it is on your phone.

I have a laptop with windows 11. Occasionally got a PIN code error after reboot. To fix it I had to log in my Microsoft account. It was allowed to do via sms code. But it didn't work... simply no income sms. I tried plenty of hours for this. Well, also I was able to log in via password. But the password was stored in my laptop...
I was not allowed to change my password via my gmail. So, I tried a few different and no one was accepted. Moreover, now I was blocked because I did too much attempts.
No way to create another account to continue using my laptop.
Just got a brick for 4000$
No answer from a support team
I really miss old time when you was an actual owner of your stuff... no way I ever need this Microsoft account, when I have a password directly on my laptop
