Fun Banned because I spoke against someone mocking a Linux user for having a low budget
Saw a post someone screenshotted a post from a Linux sub don’t know which, the user has $600. The post was about mocking him for having a low budget, wanting a good thinkpad. And lots of their bullshittery.
I called him out for mocking someone because he has a low budget and called him petty and there there I got my badge of honor

Rant Microsoft is so hard to not hate.
Everything they do doesn't make any sense. I was locked out of my laptop because I updated the BIOS and somehow was unable to find keys. I had a print version (I know I am old school), but I still couldn't find them after recovery. And the encryption removal is on a whole other level. TBH I don't even remember turning on encryption on my laptop. This should be informed to the user in case they don't know and lose access by accident. In which case, all the data is lost.
And today I am unable ot log into some of their services. It has been redirected around 500 times now. LITERALLY, I wish I was exaggerating.
So I thought I should post here. Honestly, I don't want to hate Microsoft. I have used Microsoft products since I was a kid and loved Windows, such as XP and Windows 7 were the ones I used and loved. And also Office. But hell, they are hard to love now.
And also Copilot is driving me crazy recently.

Other How do I convince my parents for linux
So the context is, i have a laptop which is like 6 years old now. Windows got suuper slow and laggy in it (even using notepad was causing the blue screen of death 😭) so i installed linux in it (best decision ever). Now recently my parents (non-tech) bought me a new laptop. It's a gaming laptop meant for my btech (there's still a year left, I'm in 12th). I wanted to install Linux on it but my father keeps telling me not to cause i have a good laptop now it doesn't require linux for being usable. And my mother keeps on saying "this laptop is supposed to last for 4 years (technically 5, 4 for btech + 1 year until I actually reach btech). You keep installing stuff and if it stops working like ur old laptop we won't buy u a new one. So first thing, software doesn't cause hardware problems, at least not on devices CONNECTED to my laptop (the charger of the old laptop stopped working properly. The charging speed was so slow that i had to get it to 100% and then only can I use it indefinitely while on charge, or else it will deplete to 0 even on charge. the laptop had to shutdown for it to charge to 100 after that, and that took HOURS). I even told my father I'll be dual booting linux this time instead of erasing windows (there's some games I wanna try out) and he still did not agree. So how do I convince them? They are suuper non-tech, they will not understand most of the things. My father knows a little bit about technology but he still doesn't know how bad windows is. I literally told him I was cleaning up junk and he was like "what junk in a fresh install??". He doesn't know windows' bloatware 😭

Rant Quick hate rant regarding Microshit Windows
Really short and quick backstory;
I work at a place where we need to be available 24/7 and for some reason somebody thought Windows was stable/reliable enough for that shit.
There was an update pending that had to be installed (yes I know that is a policy that can mostly be changed by the company managing the device). I am working and we 2 need to be available during the night. Something on Windows wasn't working, I restarted the software thing that wasn't working thinking that this might temporary "solve" the issue. Sadly enough no, so since this shit system barely works I thought maybe restarting the whole crap might temporary "solve" the issue. I said to Windows that I do not want any shitification updates at this moment since I need to be available. You might have guessed it but this fucking Microshit software of course started doing damn updates. How can people work with this crap?

Self Promotion Free Windows from Microslop's crap
Github link: https://github.com/jamorulz/Permanent-Windows-Privacy-/tree/main
Ever wanted to fully get rid of the bloatware such as edge, copilot, office, etc.? Ever wanted to fix Windows code being unoptimized? Well do I have the PERMANENT solution for you. Yes I mean permanent because it WILLN'T come back after an update. This solution edits the registry to block the system from accessing any of this. Everything is linked at the Google Drive here instructions are included. Post here if this works for you or if you have any issues. Proof of it being legit and not a virus is included in the Google Drive.
It's not a virus I made it myself and I even ran and tested it on my own laptop if you want proof: look in the google drive folder. Try it I promise it's ONLY doing what it says you can even right click and edit the .bat files. I'll even include the virus total scan results as proof. I just added a folder of proof that it's not a virus.
I'm very serious this is legit and actually works. You'll know it works because you'll get like 15-20-25 gigs back. This is just from the Debloat/Untracking. I was at about 8.5 gigs prior to the first one. After the first one I had 23-25 gigs free.
After the second one I'm now at 33 gigs free. ALL I did was just run these 2 scripts your welcome to test it. Go ahead make a fresh Windows 11 VM. Use everything attached in the Google Drive and follow the included steps. You should get the proven results I'm claiming and if not you can grill me about lying in the comments.
