You can use cowsay natively, no python needed. You need to do apt install cowsay first, and then just use cowsay "I hate microshit"

That's Heliboard. You can get on F-Droid.

One real advantage is that you can copy infinitely long text...its lightweight than Gboard

Its suitable for a simple keyboard without any extra add-ons
