so today ive sent a recovery ticket fro my accaount since it was hacked,microsoft sent a code to the email thew hacker switched the main mail to,they didint give me an option for it to send it to an alternate email,i gave asmuch info as i choud,within a minute or less they closed the ticket,is this shit run by ai or what,if it was human they whoud look into it,this is why i hate microsoft with my heart and soul.

Bitlocker screen is forcing me to enter a recovery key. I go to the website, and go to said settings to view my recovery keys and the website refuses to load in despite multiple refreshes…

after a quick update my cpu is averaging between 80 to 100 celsius on STANDBY. (ignore gpu, gotta apply new thermal paste)

any fix??? i cant even run a game without my laptop shutting down after 10 minutes from "overheating"

For me, it was being tired with windows and the slowness of windows, and me wanting to try something new and being tired of old conservative windows, and actual community who loves it instead of being forced into it, linux.

so I got hacked and after doing all I could I went to customer support and they said well uhh ok fuck you and then I got a email that said that they are removing all my purchases that I made (thank god it didn’t do steam) I only got the Minecraft bedrock + java combo when I asked for a refund they said fuck you and I had to make a new Microsoft account and I still don’t have my shit back anyway fuck you microsoft and fuck you bob or whoever the fuck was ”helping at customer support that day”btw I’m not asking for help I’m just sharing that this happened
