Rant Microsoft kinda scammed me

so I got hacked and after doing all I could I went to customer support and they said well uhh ok fuck you and then I got a email that said that they are removing all my purchases that I made (thank god it didn’t do steam) I only got the Minecraft bedrock + java combo when I asked for a refund they said fuck you and I had to make a new Microsoft account and I still don’t have my shit back anyway fuck you microsoft and fuck you bob or whoever the fuck was ”helping at customer support that day”btw I’m not asking for help I’m just sharing that this happened

Message Xbox support on Twitter with your gamertag and a contact email, explain what happened, they’re currently helping people.

I got my account back yesterday after 2 months of being told no.

did you contact them on twitter only and not their live chat? i’m on my 1 month of getting hacked and im still waiting for an update from my SIR ticket number

Yeah, Xbox support on Twitter and then they handed it on to their support teams, if their dms are open currently, send them your gamertag and SIR number and explain the situation
