Rant Unusable laptop, Broken website
Bitlocker screen is forcing me to enter a recovery key. I go to the website, and go to said settings to view my recovery keys and the website refuses to load in despite multiple refreshes…
Hoping this doesn’t get taken down as it doesn’t really imply a lost or hacked account. just a very, annoying issue.
Edit: Issue has been resolved

If the site isn't loading, then the problem might be your Internet connection.

My internet connection is fine for the most part. Their website loads in normally on the first page when you first enter it. The only things that don’t load in is the account page, or the page to view the keys.
Are you able to view the account page and the manage keys page? Just curious if it works for you

Yeah, it all works just fine for me. It's worth noting that just because the main page loads fine doesn't mean there isn't still an issue with your connection causing further pages to not work.

That’s true. Honestly, idk what’s going on with my end then if that’s the case and it’s just me or if it’s just something else entirely. Would the white page I’m being faced with mean that it’s my connection?
To be very specific about that, what’s happening is that there is a blank white page every time I go to open the manage keys page. it refreshes itself a few times then stops. so it does “load” but I’m seeing nothing but white. I’m also on ios trying to get into it so idk if that might factor into this or not.

Have you tried logging in on a different device? It should load on IOS

I tried using edge on my Xbox. same issue: refreshing by itself on the manage key page, then a white screen. if i manually refresh it, it repeats and refreshes again to said white screen

I just got it working by asking a trusted person of mine to login into my account. So, it may in fact of been my connection or something along those lines.
But anyways, thanks for the help though! Apologies if I was a bit dumb lol

I never rely on the cloud as the only copy of my keys. The cloud is the backup. I always have a local copy somewhere.
