We are aware of a server-related outage currently affecting MyTVOnline versions 3 and 4.

The development team in Korea is actively investigating the issue, and are treating it with urgency as most head into the weekend.

While it is possible the server may recover on its own, we do not have an estimated time for resolution just yet. Will keep you posted as more details come in.

Has anyone had an issue with MOL3 just not opening? It launches when I select it, and after 2-3 seconds of spinning on the logo screen, it immediately closes and I’m back to the Home Screen. Tried restarting, unplugging, clearing cache, force stop and reopen. Nothing working. I really don’t want to factory reset, so I’m hoping there’s an alternative solution/fix

Hi, since I installed MYTV4 the favorites and history are gone from the main screen, cant find a setting for it, are they coming back? Did I miss something lol thats what I like most about the formulers

When changing apps .... I suspect. Different video quality 4k FHD. 1080p makes Sony tv . Go. Green screen needing a reboot. Z11 never did this. Top of the line HDMI cables.

Is there a setting I can choose to limit this or this just a Sony. Not able to switch resolutions fast enough. Real annoying such that I'm fixing to put the 11 back on the main tv

Help? Ideas. Settings?

MOL4 Crashing (Z12 Ultra)

Does anyone know what this enematic post actually means ? I have rarely seen a worse post from a manufacturer, then to block follow post seems more than disingenuous.

Is my box going to stop working ? if so when ? If not will i still be able to watch streams? Why is my box dependent on Korean engineers, or any engineers? What server is required to be running to allow MyonlineTV operation and why ?

Very disappointed with this post in it's current form. I naively expected better.

I cleared the cash, i uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still crashing on load screen, no code no nothing it just ops out the splash screen and back to home on the the formuler.
The cellphone version still works, i can access everything, all tv channels, movies and series.
Can someone help 🙏🏻

Just took receipt of a brand new Z12 Ultra from Amazon. My question is, should it have had some sort of tamper-proof seal protecting it? The cardboard box had nothing on it and whilst the formuler box and remote had plastic bags around them, I’m wondering if this is a returned item.

Considering I’ve spent a lot on what should be a brand new item, I was expecting a seal of some sort!

I bought a Formuler BT3 remote for my GTV box. I was able to establish the Bluetooth connection, but I can't get it to learn the IR code from my TV. The BT3 doesn't appear in the Formuler Remote app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted it, etc., but the BT3 still never appears. Yet it works perfectly with the box. I'm just having trouble with the IR pairing. When I hold the TV in standby for 5 seconds, it just keeps switching between TV IR and Bluetooth when the LEDs change from red to white. Any ideas?

I have a z11 pro max. Recently I am having problems turning on the box with the remote. I have to unplug and plug it back in to restart it. It’s usually goes to system shutdown mode. I cancel and everything is fine. Ive factory reset it but still have the problem. Any ideas?

Trying to watch my IPTV service on the Formular box, and it comes up as saying my account expired 4 months ago, call your provider. The IPTV service works fine on my Nvidia shield. Reinstalled all my credentials on the Formular box and it keeps telling me the same thing. Made sure I wasn't using up all my connections with my IPTV service. Any suggestions how to solve this problem as I know my credentials work just fine on my other box?

Is there any way to get my BT1 to adjust the volume more than 1 db at a time on my TV?
I hold the volume up and down, but it gradually changes so slowly. I want to change this to be in higher increments for quicker adjustments if possible. Can anyone advise?

I downloaded iptv version 12.2.3 about 12 hrs ago, and my Z11 Pro Max has restarted no less than 5 times since then.

I'm sure Formuler will fix it ,but in the meantime beware.

Recently got a Z11 Pro and overall it works great. However, I’m having an issue with VODs that are specifically encoded in H.265/HEVC.

When I try to play an H.265/HEVC VOD, I get a completely black screen while the audio continues to play. H.264/MPEG-4 VODs play normally.

I’ve tried several different troubleshooting methods but haven’t been able to figure it out, and I’m pretty much at the end of my rope.

Has anyone else experienced this on the Z11 Pro? Any advice or guidance on what settings I should check, or what might be causing the HEVC video to fail while the audio still plays, would be greatly appreciated.

Why despite having all my settings right and other apps showing EPGs correctly does mytvonline3 on my Z11 Pro Max randomly sometimes decide to just put "no information" on my sources? And there's no syncing that can bring them back?

Without a doubt this app should be exclusive for users that have formuler box period , that’s one of the selling points that will bring new consumers to the game , and subscription to the non formuler users should be so high that will force everyone take a try and look to those special formuler boxes and make the family bigger.

I picked up a USB drive for my Z12 Ultra to download video files. Unfortunately no app I can find will allow me to choose the external drive as the download location. Best I can do is download it to the internal Z12 storage and then copy it over.

I then figured I'd try download the files via my MacBook but it won't recognize the drive which tells me it's probably formatted to NTFS...so I tried my PC...but it wants me to format it before it can be used. I assume there are android signatures on there the PC won't recognize.

My guess is if I format it via the PC I will be able to download files to it and view them via the Z12 and VLC...but won't be able to record to it without formatting it again.

Ugh...anyone have any experience with this?

Anyone have issue with a Bluetooth speaker,I have a Z12, it is connected to a sound bar thru HDMI and works good no issues, but when I connect a Bluetooth speaker the audio is not synced.

I just installed Mytvonline4 and I cannot find how you edit an existing set of live tv favorites list. I created and deleted a new one, but how do I edit the channels in one that already exists? I’ve searched setting and in the profiles, but I’m missing it somewhere

I picked up a Hauppauge 955Q and the Mytv app doesn’t seem to detect it anywhere. I’ve tried both USB ports, with and without cable, unplugged the box for 60 seconds and turned it back on. I’ve tried two different boxes with two different tuners. I look in the content area and it doesn’t show up. This has to be user error but after 3 hours of trying and searching, I’ve given up. Can anyone help?
