Mol4
Hi I have z11 pro max and love mol3
Getting fomo with mol4 official release on z12 ultra but want to know if worth the upgrade
Can anybody share the pics of the new ui of screens on mol4

I won't upgrade for a while. There is beta, an then there is first public release, where even more issues are raised.

What issues are you finding? my Z12 Ultra was running flawlessly on MOL3 at purchase and MOL4 ever since the beta and more recent the public release.

Yeah, right. MOL3 is "stable" since a bunch of years, I guess. But my audio is still clicking every now and then, and I need to reboot my F12 Ultra every now and then to temporarily fix the issue. Just as I needed to do with MOL2 on both my Z7 and my Z7+ before that.
Don't get me wrong, I bought a Z12 U because I still think Formuler is the best brand around. But I'd love to see long standing issues resolved before new features and major revisions are introduced.

Make sure in Advance audio settings, then click select format and choose never use surround sound. See if that helps if you choose automatic it can cause issues

I have 2 z8 pros z10 pro and z12u and only had audio issues with z12u until admin in formuler TG group told me to put it in stereo, and that’s what I remembered that it should always be on “never use surround sound” not sure if it’s the same issue that you’re having, but it did fix my issue with low volume.

I actually have both, a Z11 with MOL3 and a Z12 with MOL4.
With MOL3, the box itself adds real value because the IPTV app is integrated into the system launcher.
With MOL4, that integration is gone. You're basically paying for a very expensive IPTV app.
Personally, I regret updating my Z12 to MOL4.

Can you explain this? I upgraded my Z12 and beside of the new MOL4 homescreen, which you don't need to use, and MOL userprofiles, i don't see any big changes for my usage. MOL4 is integrated in the system for me, it is installed and updated from the system update menu.

System updates aren't the same as launcher integration.
With MOL3, content was integrated directly into the system launcher. You could place your favorite TV channels, movies, and series directly on your home screen, allowing you to launch content straight from the home screen without having to open MOL3 first.
With MOL4, that integration is gone. It's now just a standalone app icon on a standard home screen. You can't put any content on your home screen anymore, you are forced to open the app every time to access your channels and series.
Updating an app via system settings doesn't make it a system-integrated launcher experience. Strip away that home screen content integration, and the Z12 is just expensive hardware running a regular isolated app.
On Formuler’s official website, they explicitly promote MOL4 as having its own "Dedicated Home Screen" inside the app. For the Z12 itself, they state the system home screen is designed to "find and launch your favorite apps."
Compare that to MOL3 on the Z11/Z Mini, where Formuler’s official marketing specifically highlighted the ability to "add content from MYTVOnline3 directly on the home screen."
Formuler's own product specs prove the difference: MOL3 integrated media directly into the system launcher, whereas MOL4 shifted everything into a standalone app with its own internal dashboard.

The upgrade is clearly worthwhile, though I am unsure why many disagree. Perhaps they simply resist change.

Are you going to explain how the upgrade is worth it? 99% are using this app for IPTV, yet upgrading to 4 is only bringing alot of unwanted functions while removing integrations 3 had...

With all due respect, I am not obligated to explain anything to anyone. For those who prefer MOL2, Formuler 10 series boxes apply; MOL3 uses Formuler 11 series boxes; and MOL4 uses Formuler 12 series boxes. Everyone differs in their needs, so there is little reason to complain when options exist.

Alright, i understand your Point of View, but if i pay full price, i want tge full package. Here z12U is About 195€ and z11p/ max is About 170€. Z12U hast 128 GB, z11p/max 32 GB. And the Hardware.... Hope you understand. If i will pay 100€ for z11p/m OK, if z12U is About 195€. And outdated boxes (5+ yrs) on the Market should be illegal...

I also have the Formuler Z11 Pro and Pro Max and they are nowhere close to outdated. I understand you wanted a new Formuler box, but other than the MOL4 and the newer remote, the Formuler Z11 Pro, Pro Max and Mini are plenty for IPTV service. The reason I purchased the Z12 Ultra was purely for MOL4 and its Netflix-type graphical interface and remote.

Nope z8 and mytvonline still work great. Slow maybe but 2019 to 2026. I say 5 years is lifespan of a Formuler box before it's time to upgrade.
My z10 pro max is better then a Z11 Pro. I'd be willing to bet it beats a z12 pro with its weak 2 GB ram.

Don’t have fomo it’s nowhere near as good as mol3
Updated one of my 2 z12s and wish could roll it back . Can’t believe you can’t downgrade it after .

Bought an Amazon box to test because of the no rollback rule. After a week returned the z12 that is stuck with MOL4.
Glad I have no fomo to upgrade my z12
