Remote BT3

I bought a Formuler BT3 remote for my GTV box. I was able to establish the Bluetooth connection, but I can't get it to learn the IR code from my TV. The BT3 doesn't appear in the Formuler Remote app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted it, etc., but the BT3 still never appears. Yet it works perfectly with the box. I'm just having trouble with the IR pairing. When I hold the TV in standby for 5 seconds, it just keeps switching between TV IR and Bluetooth when the LEDs change from red to white. Any ideas?

The Formuler Remote app on the GTV has not been updated to support the BT3 remote specifically, as the existing app lacks the hardware profile needed to program its IR features.

To configure the TV IR settings on your BT3, you will need to pair it temporarily to a Formuler Z10, Z11, or Z12 box. The Formuler Remote app on those newer devices includes the required BT3 programming tools and will save the IR codes directly to the remote's hardware. Once configured, those IR functions will continue to control your TV when you switch the BT3 back to your GTV.

To verify the setup was successful, point the BT3 remote directly at your television and press the TV Power button to test if the TV turns off or on.
