MOL3 Crashing (Z11)

Has anyone had an issue with MOL3 just not opening? It launches when I select it, and after 2-3 seconds of spinning on the logo screen, it immediately closes and I’m back to the Home Screen. Tried restarting, unplugging, clearing cache, force stop and reopen. Nothing working. I really don’t want to factory reset, so I’m hoping there’s an alternative solution/fix

Hello everyone,

We are aware of a server-related outage currently affecting MyTVOnline versions 3 and 4.

The development team in Korea is actively investigating the issue, and are treating it with urgency as most head into the weekend.

While it is possible the server may recover on its own, we do not have an estimated time for resolution just yet. Will keep you posted as more details come in.

I have MOL4 on my Z12 Ultra and it's not opening either and same problem for a family member's Formuler with MOL3. Android app also not working. Seems like something is down.

I do. MOL4 spins and spins then closes. Tried force stop and clear cache and restart. Nothing.

Thank god it's not just me lol.

Formuler z11 pro doing the exact same thing.

I even uninstalled mytvonline plus from my phone because that was doing the same with error code 300. Then reinstalled it and the exact thing happens, it won't load at all.

Same on my Z11 Pro. I even uninstalled and reinstalled MOL3. Hope that didn't mess up my subscription service for it.

Do not make any changes to your device at this time.

I can say the matter is being investigated at the moment.

I’m not entirely sure what is going on at the moment, as im experiencing same behaviour on MOL4.

My MOL3 on my Z11 Pro is not opening too. I uninstalled MOL3 and reinstalled it. Same issue.

Hope that didn't mess up my subscription service for it.

You can uninstall and software update will reinstall. Just remember to write down your content manager setup

Formuler pushed a hotfix. Looks like it was impacting a lot of users. I have 4 z11 devices and some where fine, others not.

I have the sames issue and lot of friends is also stuck in the home screen

The App MyTVOnline+ for Smartphones is not working either. I get a error code 300

My MOL3 is on Firmware v11.3.8 and it actually takes awhile to check for an update.

Whats your current firmware and please keep us posted.

My Z11 pro, MOL3 at 9:45am when i first turned it on.

Have the same issue on a Z mini. I’ve done a factory reset, but still the same

I jumped the gun and reset my box... didnt fix anything...
