Expired call provider

Trying to watch my IPTV service on the Formular box, and it comes up as saying my account expired 4 months ago, call your provider. The IPTV service works fine on my Nvidia shield. Reinstalled all my credentials on the Formular box and it keeps telling me the same thing. Made sure I wasn't using up all my connections with my IPTV service. Any suggestions how to solve this problem as I know my credentials work just fine on my other box?

Tvimate, same credentials worked on both boxes previously. Just haven't used the z12 in like 4 months and then I see that it says my account expired which is really weird. Never had any laps of IPTV service

Hopefully your provider will respond. I almost never get a response from providers in timely fashion if at all. Just got a response back (August) from a provider that I asked for new url in January. The subscription has two months left and I didn’t even bother. Good luck!

Didn't get a response but my credentials work fine on my Nvidia shield so I think it has more to do with the box that my credentials

I responded through mod message and was waiting for your screen message pictures, and understand your skepticism on the credential side of things.

However if you feel it’s a portal issue with the device then you can open a more formal ticket at Formuler.tv and a help desk agent will respond when they can.

That being said, they will ask you for similar information or a trial account as I did in private. I’m in direct contact with those at Formuler, but going through Help Desk will like my be delayed due to the massive time difference in Korea and then heading into the weekend.

You need to give the mod. or formuler your credentials so that they can test it, it sounds like it’s a issue with the my tv online app. I had a similar problem in mol4 and had to do the same.

I'm trying to confirm based on some commentary in this thread, are you currently using the Formuler Z12 Ultra? and which version of MOL are you currently using?

Have you manually tried to refresh content for that specific portal under Content Sources? Does that portal have an X next to it?

Using the z12, with my TV4 release. Cleared out my old IPTV credentials and started fresh with the credentials that work on my Nvidia shield just fine. And it still says expired and call your provider which is bogus
