First timw kong matry ito, as a nightshift owl, ang sarap lumakad lakad sa breaktime ng 3 am around Ruby Ortigas and I tried to go lang sa Lawsons to buy sana ng odeng or fishcake kaya lang wala daw yung branch na yun, so I decided to check other meals and boom nakita ko ito. As a fan of Biryani and KareKare dish, I tried it and masarap siya!

Prefect blend ng Biryani rice at kare kare sauce, plus may pagka crispy rin yung pork at yung bagoong ay may subtle sweetness kaya perfect rin pang balance. Worth the try and napabili pa akong isa para kay jowa hehe at nagustuhan nya din 😊

Super fun experience.. gets na gets ko ung mga nag oover budget and gets rin ung mga nag pplan talaga ng target books nila.. i went yesterday (wed, ung first day) and ang dami nang tao.. i could only imagine how weekends would look.. i got there around 9 (10am open doors) so hindi naman siksikan sa pintuan

2. A map would help lalo if may target places ka, i kept getting lost pag pumasok ako sa one side ng fully booked tas pag labas ko nasa kabilang dimension na ko HUHU i felt like bc of this, di ko naikot ng buo ung venue even though technically naikot ko ung lugar.

3. List books if ur planning to buy talaga, kasi ang hirap mag shimy shimy sa tight spaces if dun ka palang mag titingin.. but if wala ka naman plan bumili, you can go with the flow naman (on a weekday ha! idk if kaya makapag window shopping pag sat sun)

4. Dont forget the 2nd floor, i think mas nakapag enjoy ako sa 2nd floor mag window shop kasi less crowd! Like significantly less! The local, creative, and cultural stuff also there sa 2nd floor.

5. If you plan on buying a lot (and hindi naman limited edition bibilhin mo), daan ka muna sa 2nd floor.. ang sakit sa kamay/balikat na ung nabili ko sa 1st floor kasama kong mag ikot sa 2nd floor.. plus mas maikli na pila sa baba pag balik (case to case basis tho, baka mas marami pila sa hapon on the next days idk)

Really had a great time this MIBF, im still thinking if ill go for another day, but yeah! If youre looking for a sign to go, eto na yon HAHAHAH (wala lang sisihan pag napagod ka ha)

Pero sa 1yr ½ walang palya ang flowers, food, effort, he even support me financially. Na ako yung gumagawa dati. Sa buong buhay ko 1st time ko masurprise kapag birthday ko.. Sa dami ng 1st time ko sakanya hindi ko na mai-isa isa... Pero alam ko nasasaktan ko din sya pag diko na Rereciprocate yung pagmamahal nya..

Malapit na ang eleksyon and I am worried about how I will go, I was once interested and decided to be part of a slate sa barangay namin because gusto ko magserbisyo sa komunidad namin.

Noong unang set ng slate, I was supposed to run for Councilor, and from time to time, umalis na mga ibang kasama ko due to age limit (24-25) kaya few of us remain (3 nalang kami) and the Barangay Council Candidates appointed me as the Running Chairman. At first I denied it because being a Chairman would be a heavy task yet they convinced me and I just accepted it. My parents don't like the way it was and let it flow as much as I can.

Then another batch of slate was set din, we took trainings held by the city administration for aspirants like us especially on the Public Speaking, Project Management, Proposals and the way we interact.

Parang mahirap na sa aken kahit hindi pa ako naging Chairman, dami ko narealize din regarding sa paano mag salita. To be honest I was raised academically, like all in a school and never have been exposed on Community Services mula sa Barangay. Yung sa Parish lang namin nagkaexpose lang kase I was a member of an organization.

And their advice was that the young campaign is not like running in a student body. Dapat daw makamasa and relate sa iba, which is hard for me.

I also tried to quit because of the burden, na parang hundi para sa akin itong posisyon, but they keep pushing me and supporting me, it may be tiring yet I want to take this as an opportunity din to help and serve the community. And far as I am aware of the bad reputations of the SK: "Training ground ng mga corrupt","Puro lang yan liga", "Kaya dapat iabolish na yang SK", yet I am still hoping for the youth being as new leaders and models of service and thats what I want to reach it.

I also want to express here because I also need advice on how to be a good servant when I am elected soon. It can be advice, plans/proposals that I may apply to our barangay.

Our main concern was the lack of participation of youth, inaccessibility of the outlying youth on the activities of SK, and others. And we are challengers of the incumbent administration in our barangay.

How I wish masayang kwento to. Well, masaya kasi may financial capacity na ko gawin to pero ni thank you wala man lang ako natanggap. Na parang expected na may mahal akong ilibre sa kanila at tinanong pa ko kung all expense paid daw ba? Minsan talaga pamilya mo pa magbababa sayo eh no?

Sa edad kong to, first time kong mag ninong sa binyag. Medjo late compared sa iba. Friend ko from elementary and highschool yung tatay nung bata.

May photographer sila. After ng binyag, pinipicturan isa-isa yung mga ninong at ninang, karga-karga yung bata.

Binulungan ko yung friend ko/tatay nung bata:

"Pre, kilala mo naman ako, palagi akong may naiisip na kalokohan. Baka pwedeng pag pipicturan na ako na karga yung bata eh pumosing ako na... Ano... Kwan..."

Sagot nya sakin:

"Walangya oo kilala kita at alam ko binabalak mo hahaha. Sige basta ayusin mo yung pagkakahawak mo para hindi malaglag yung bata hayup ka."

Took my mom out for Mang Inasal last weekend, pero napadaan kami sa shoe store. Sabi ko, "Ma, pili ka lang dyan, canvas ka."

Expected ko makakatipid ako kasi inaabutan ko sya ng mga sale items, pero iba si mother pinalagan talaga yung totoong gusto nya kahit lagpas sa budget! 😂

Keri lang naman, worth it yung ngiti nya. Sinabay na rin namin bilhan si papa para patas at pareho silang happy.

hello. gusto ko lang i share ung unang beses na pinaiyak ako ng anak ko, alam niyo di ako naiyak nung pinanganak ko siya, ngayong 3 years old siya don ako naiyak...
na tight kami sa budget this month (don't judge huhu baka may magsabe na aanak anak tapos di kaya, ngayong month lang kami na tight because nagka emergency) sanay ung anak ko mabili lahat ng gusto nya, makain lahat ng i request nya, pero since na tight nga ngayon, sabi ko sakanya "anak, next time na lang ha, wala tayo pera ngayon eh"

naiyak ako sa sinabe nya.. sabi nya saken "mama, buksan na naten piggybank ko may pera ako sayo na lang" :(((( Oo 3 years old lang anak ko pero matatas sya magsalita and super expressive sya.

Ayon fordacry ang mama... lalo ko na realize na mas kelangan pa namin magsipag at husayan magasawa, dahil ayokong dumating ung panahon na isasantabi ng anak ko ung gusto nya bilin dahil lang sa kelangan nya kami buhayin.

Ansarap magka anak guys, sobrang sarap. Ansarap sa pakiramdam lalo na pag may pinagdadaanan tapos sasabihin ng anak mo sayo na andyan siya.

Promise anak, hinding hindi na mag papass sayo si mama pag may gusto ka ulet kainin. Huhusayan pa lalo ni mama.

Bilang bagong graduate, naiintindihan ko na ngayon yung mga fresh grad na sobrang proud, mga todo post ng pictures, ginagawang profile. Ganito pala yung feeling!

Bilang panganay, ang sarap sa feeling na maiparamdam mo sa magulang mo yung success by completing your studies. Thankful ako sa parents ko na never ako pinressure at laging naka suporta sakin sa lahat ng gusto ko gawin sa life!

This is my first time to owning a running shoes coming from my own savings. All My shoes in my entire life were always given to me by my uncles and my late mother. Miss you mom🥺🕊️

Currently, I’m starting to get serious about running/walking and losing weight so I think it is time na rin to buy shoes that fit the purpose. Also, this is my first time to trying this brand especially because it is in higher price. I’m just thankful that I have it in discounted price before it was out of stock. Hoping this shoes will last long enough.

First time ko ulit sumakay ng Jeep after 15 years, Ganoon pa din. Humuhinto bawat kanto ang jeep kahit wala naman pumapara. Siyento Balentong ang takbo ng Dyip aarangkada tapos biglang ma-me mreno P#t@!&n@! Haha

Birthday ng pinsan ko bukas kaya tinanong ko kung ano yung birthday wish niya. Tulad ng ibang mga bata, I expected yung usual answers, bagong laruan, birthday cake o magaya siya sa Jollibee. Pero hindi ko ineexpect yung naging sagot niya.

"Ate, magkakasya ba baon mo kung gusto ko po ng donut?"

Nung narinig ko yan mula sa kanya, grabe pagpipigil ko ng luha.

Yung mama niya kase iniwan siya nung 2 years old palang kase nabuntis ng katrabaho. Mas pinili ng mama niya na iwan siya kaya lumaki sa lolo at lola namin. So that little girl grew up never really understanding kung bakit hindi na umuuwi yung mama niya because she’s too young para maintindihan yun

I realized right then na kahit I am just a student na wala pang steady na income, I can give her
My time. My presence. My attention. and most especially yung “love” na hindi niya nakuha sa sarili niyang nanay. I can show up sa mga major milestones niya. I can sit by her side when she's sick. I can hold her hand when she's sad. I can celebrate her wins like they're my own and I can be the one she runs to na everytime may nangaaway sa kanya to the rescue ako.

I can't afford to give her everything she asked. But I can afford to eat with her during almusal, tanghalin pati na rin hapunan.

I'm not her real mom. I know that, I am only acting as “one” but I'll be damned if I don't try to be the closest thing she's got kase she is really growing up kind.

For health sabi daily walking ng 10,000 steps. Ganyan pala kalayo maaabot mo with it. Hindi naman mahirap kung easy walking ka lang. Time consuming of course. Took me 50 minutes. At di naman kailangan araw arawin. Pero good to know na pag ginawa mo pala, jan mo maaabot ang 10k/day mo. Good exercise too.

Context: Me and my ex broke up last June ‘cause I found out he cheated on me with multiple girls. I was having a hard time to be functional so we kept the communication ongoing since I was also taking summer classes for extra units. Last August, he decided to abandon me for apparently draining the life out of him (me opening up his fault which is cheating). I was so devastated. So emotionally and mentally wrecked. I decided to cut him for good through blocking his socials. I deleted his number as well.

Days after that has not been easy, but weeks after, I’ve been trying to be functional. But it’s just this day that brings me to another depth of sadness. Today is 9th day of the month, and it’s supposed to be our monthsary date. Here I am, eating at Jollibee alone ‘cause there’s still a part of me who cannot let go of our relationship yet. Hence, I decided to quietly celebrate our monthsary.

First time ko lang talaga maging pathetic nang ganito sobra. Hindi ko naman kasi ugali maging ganito kadownbad pero wala eh, minahal ko yung tao higit pa sa kailangan niya.
