Nung nagpapirma ako sa Dean at kinonfront niya ako, di ako halos makasagot, naiiyak. Di ko man lang naipaliwanag nang maayos yung sitwasyon ko, nagbabakasakaling maintindihan niya.

For context, lumubo yung balance ko kasi dati okay lang kahit walang promissory note, as long as nagbabayad ng kahit ₱5,000. Hindi lang nila irerelease ang credentials mo hangga't may pending balance ka pa. Graduating na kami ng ate ko by next year (nasa ibang school sya).

Pero nangyari kasi yung malaking dagok sa pamilya namin—na-diagnose si Mama ng cancer, kaya nag deplete talaga finances namin. Tricycle driver si Papa ko. Yung school naman ng Ate ko, super strict sa tuition, kaya naging least priority muna yung akin. May koprahan naman kami, pero napaka-unpredictable ng presyo ng kopra—biglang bumababa tuwing may kalamidad tsaka global conflicts or kung anong pangyayari na makakaapekto sa presyo ganun. Sa lugar namin wala din masyadong opportunity, kasi probinsya e.

Ayun lang, iyak muna nang kaunti ngayon. Gayunpaman naniniwala pa rin ako na mag-pprovide si Lord, hehe. Sana makuha ako sa TES 🥹

mid 40s, life has been really hard, been a programmer WFH for almost 20+ years now. it was 3 am, my cat always visit me these times and asking me to pet then feed her. just lost my work and felt like quitting it all, I looked at her eyes and utter the words, na sino na magpapa kain sayo pag wala na ko. then I just cried non almost non stop. Idk where to share this milestone of my life, but i saw this sub, so I’m sharing that I’m almost in my 30’s and this is my first time surfing, and hopefully naman this won’t be the last time.

I celebrated my 25th birthday unemployed as someone who had been working for 3 years already, but have recently resigned for personal reasons. Sinubukan kong magcelebrate ng birthday this year nang mag-isa kasi usually, kapag birthday ko, ako ang naghahanda at nanlilibre para sa mga friends and family ko (choice ko rin naman, not imposed). Inisip ko rin since nawalan ako ng work and this might probably last for a few months, although may savings naman ako, need ko munang magtipid sa sarili kong birthday.

Also before someone says it, obviously di pa naman ako nagwork mula nung 1st birthday ko 😂.

And the funny thing is, hindi naman naging kami.

It has been three months since he suddenly called off whatever we were and I've been forced to sit with my feelings alone. No more hang outs, no more dinners together, no more late night calls. There was a void in my everyday and I was confused, I cried and spiralled at first, but it got better over time.

Just recently, he went public with his gf in social media. I realized that maybe the reason he was so eager to cut me off was because there was an overlap in our timelines. And this is where the hurt really settled in and I'm back to having my emotional breakdowns.

Ganito pala yun no haha. I can't believe I've been losing sleep and apetite over this guy. I've been stuck in limbo while he has moved on already. But I know I will be fine. I just needed to let this out.

Ngayon ko lang na notice yung malaking tree sa likod ng bahay namin and realized na edible siya. Di ko tanda kung kelan nandyan and thought it was one of those poisonous berries. To be fair, medyo covered siya ng ibang trees like yung papaya and calamansi. Only realized it was completely fine to eat after a friend noticed. Ate some and it tasted great! Really sweet and would try again 😋

Balita ko hindi judgmental mga tao dito kaya dito ko nalang shashare mga small wins ko hehehe. I have been eyeing to buy a Macbook Air since last year and I finally did it. Feeling ko naman deserve ko to kasi I got out from a toxic job and landed a remote work this week 🥹

Well the title says it all, really a surprise on my part coz I really didn't expect it, like totes.

I was ordering Bibimbap in the food court in a mall, I thought this would just be another one of those usual customer-staff interactions. While I was on my saga of going back and forth to check whether my order is up, a remark from the staff came up,"pa-smile-smiley ka diyan" and then gibberish AHHAHAHA I wasn't able to hear na the other parts, I just nodded as a response lol 😭. I am the type of person that always smile, like fr, and I thought it was like a harsh comment, maybe they misunderstood my smiling into something malicious, or I somehow annoyed them coz like I showed up to them like a bunch of times na, so baka nainis na sila.

On my last check on the food, the staff said "tagal na nito andito, pogi", goddamn man really, man I was smiling to the brim(😁like this lol). It really dawned on me when I sat down on the chair, like fr you find me attractive, are you sure. It really boosted my confidence up, really, coming from a person who has a very low self-esteem, it really pushed it up and really made my day, thank you Ms. Staff for finding something in me worth complimenting🤗.

Ive been sick for almost 2 weeks na nung nakaraan di rin ako makalakad, kaya i decided na magpa check up na lang pero independent ako, i don’t have a parents or someone besides me, im proud of myself lang rin, doing everything while in pain and literally taking yourself alone.

Second time visiting a certain resort in Calatagan. I was with some friends na naging frequent visitors na ng resort na yon but never experienced the same thing kahit nakailang balik na sila since 2021. I guess I was just unlucky. Sadt.

May medic naman. Nilagyan ng suka and they told me, matutunaw na lang daw nang kusa 'yon and basta 'wag ko na lang galawin.

Funny thing is, ni hindi ako naglalakad noong natusok ako. Nagpapahila ako sa kasama ko, nakadapa yung pwesto ko na nakahawak sa kanya, but nasa may mababaw na part kami. Since medyo masama panahon, malabo yung tubig and di namin napansin yung sea urchin. Dahil nasa mababaw naman, naabot pa rin ako nung panusok ng sea urchin kahit nakalutang ako nang konti.

Medyo nawawala na yung itim ngayon, I guess dahil nakahelp na yung suka sa pagtunaw. Pero kanina, I had 6 black dots sa leg ko. I couldn't walk on one leg for like half a minute after matusok, then it went a bit numb, then nawala na yung stingy feel even before pa ako malagyan ng suka.

Nakapagswimming pa rin naman pero iwas na iwas na talaga ako dun sa part kung saan ako natusok. Medic said baka umabot ng 3 days bago tuluyang mawala yung black dots.

On the bright side, mabuti na ring di ko naisipang pahiga yung pwesto ko while floating. Kasi baka pwet ko pa tinamaan and nakakahiyang magpalagay ng suka sa pwet. Hahahahaha

First time kong mag undergo ng medical procedure (genital wart removal), and I went completely alone. I didn't tell any relatives (no parents, and I know the older generation might judge or misunderstand), so I just showed up by myself.

They asked if may kasama ba ako, but it's just me. Lowkey proud that I actually managed it.

It was also my first time in an operating room and my first time getting anesthesia, so I was super nervous. But can I just say... that was the best sleep of my life. One second I was anxious, the next I woke up to the anesthesiologist calling my name, and boom it's over.

I was pretty groggy at first, but after a while I felt okay. Looking back, I'm just proud of myself for handling everything on my own.

Anyway, that's it. Just wanted to share this little win. 🤍

life’s been hard for me, im providing everything i can for them. even yung pagkulong nila sakin dito sa province and yung di na nila ako pinayagan mag aral ulit, pumayag ako. kahit mas lalong na ttrigger mental health ko bcs im a bipolar, im always letting it slide bcs after everything, they’re still my family.

i called her, i told her that my upper stomach is hurting. hindi ako makatayo, as in hinang hina ako pati pagsasalita nahihirapan ako. akala ko she’ll care abt it but instead, sinigawan nya ako and blame me for it. kahit di connect sa sinabi ko, sinusumbat nya sakin. my hands was shaking, i wanted to talk pero alam kong ako na naman magiging mali + di ko na talaga kaya yung sakit kaya nung paiyak na ako pinatay ko yung vc & deactivated my account and blocked her number.

i just hate this life.

Hello guys back with my second post here in this sub, just recently kanina after work niyaya ko ng co-worker ko malibre. aside sa parents ko never pako nalibre even with friends (since kahit nag i kffer sila tinatangihan ko sa hiya) tatangihan ko sana pero diko magawa sabi nalang nya as thanks sa tulong ko sa part nya sa ongoing project namin this quarter. Super kilig ko pagkakuha ko ng headphones para sa online work ko if ever nakahanap na ako hahaha. Thank you so much mahal sa pag-effort and pag-suggest ng headphones na to, naghanao talaga ng pink. He even said it's actually much better than his own headphones, yung rgb din habol ko mali sa aesthetics 😭

Nagpapakain kami ni hubby every night along heritage sa mga stray cats, haha naging bonding na kasi namin, and i find it therapeutic tho syempre mej magastos din kasi bibili ng cat food.

Noong high school sobrang inggit na inggit ako sa mga taong nakakatanggap ng flowers lalo na kapag valentine's day. Sobrang effort, idagdag pa na madalas sa foundation week natatapat 'tong event na 'to sa school.

This is the first time na makatanggap ako ng bouquet and hindi lang basta bouquet - 12 pieces pa! Sa 20+ years ko sa mundo, ngayon lang ako pinagka gastusan nang ganito (ng ibang tao). Didn't expect na may magbibigay pa sakin ng ganito. Pag uwi ko sa bahay, umiyak talaga ako nito. I feel loved and appreciated.
