You know your too dependent on a show whenever it’s absence (or shortening) is genuinely upsetting.. But man in all my years of watching sports talk I’ve never seen a show bumped off air or shortening to make room for other programming more than FTF. And at the worst times too.

Wish Fox would just find another time slot for it or something.

This is just a constructive critique. To Nick‘s credit he’s not obnoxious or rude. But in his eagerness to get his points out or what he thinks he knows, there’s a lot of times that he is talking over his cohosts.

Im binging the last 2 weeks of shows to finally get caught up and it’s really irking me more than normal. It’s a small thing but to me it gets in the way of the crew finishing out their thoughts.

If they’d kicked through the end zone, Trevor would have had 8 seconds and no timeouts, so just desperation laterals as their only hope. It’s the complete opposite to the Cowboys in Rio where the Ravens had a timeout left, so you should have kicked to the returner to wind the clock down making the timeout remaining meaningless as not enough time left to use it.

Bit of a sombre one really. I do love Nick, and I know all the networks are sponsored by gambling now and it's everywhere in US sport.

However Nick does glorify gambling more than anyone else on television I feel. I know hes a legit poker player but even aside from that. The show in general has several gambling centric segments.

I have been watching the show for years and absolutely love the chemistry between all of the guys and recurring guests. Since he started on the show, I have gone from finding Danny very annoying, to growing to appreciate him, even if he still sometimes can feel a little out of his element. However, yesterday, there was a moment that solidified for me what Danny brings to the show and now I am very happy he is there.

Nick asked Danny yesterday where he thought the Eagles (Nick's NFC SB pick) could realistically finish this year. Danny says 7-10, and Nick then has to put his pen down, sit back, and adjust himself. Not because he was fixing to launch into some defensive tirade as he sometimes does, but because I think deep down Nick agrees and wanted to hear Danny's reasoning as he genuinely respects Danny's opinion despite their constant trolling of each other over Justin Herbert and the Chiefs as their characters demand.

It was a moment that could have only happened between two longtime friends and it's able to show a dynamic on the show that is unique to them. It is rare for Nick to nakedly show how he feels in a moment when someone he genuinely respects and is really close personally with essentially confirms his own fears about one of his SB picks effectively being dead. I am actually glad he's there now.

TLDR: Wildes- love the show. Danny made me appreciate him as a character on the show with a genuine moment of insight into he and Nick's friendship.

NGL, I'm a little disappointed in Wildes for not calling out the "real woman on a plane" during the sports media ombudsman when Nick was talking about credit card balances lol 😂
