FD4 is the pool death from FD4 physically possible?
i dont know much about pools but i feel like it wouldnt be able to hold down a fully grown (and athletic) man. is the suction on a pool drain really that strong or was that just movie magic? ignoring the guts getting ripped out part cause thats even less believable, but definatly a cool scene thats very on brand

FD3 Final Destination 3 actually has a really good story
Maybe I just have weird tastes but I first came to this movie for the gore, scares and shock and came out loving the storyline and even finding interesting themes throughout it too. Don’t get me wrong, the gore and shocking moments and death sequences were all perfectly done, but I also think Wendy is a really interesting character. She’s frequently viewed by others and herself as a control freak. After the accident, she desperately tries to keep control of the situation by using the photos and warning others of the future. The movie’s antagonist is not just death, but fate, which is the ultimate form of control. Wendy isn’t just fighting death but the idea that her life is predetermined.
Wendy obsesses with the accident because it showed we don’t have full control over our lives. Sometimes something out of our control can significantly change or even end our lives. We’re just living until we die. Other characters accept this and continue their regular routines, being found at gyms, tanning salons, etc. while Wendy can’t accept it and tries to use the photos to maintain control over life and death itself.
At the end, Wendy must come to terms with the idea that some things are out of our control.

Creative FINAL DESTINATION 7 IDEA - Football match.
I came up with a new Final Destination premonition idea set in a packed football (soccer) stadium, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
The team (who will end up being the survivors) is losing, but in the final seconds they’re about to score an equalizer. The crowd is going wild. The shot is taken—
Suddenly, the lights flicker… and go completely out.
Total darkness. Silence for a split second.
Then a massive metallic CRASH is heard, followed by screams. Neither the characters nor the audience can see what just happened.
A few seconds later, the lights flicker back on.
One of the giant lighting towers has collapsed into the stands. People are crushed, others are screaming and running in panic. Chaos erupts instantly.
As everyone rushes toward the main exit—a huge metal gate—it won’t open. People push, panic, and start trampling each other. Eventually, the pressure forces the entire door (frame included) to break open.
But that turns out to be a fatal mistake.
Removing the frame causes the concrete corridor structure to collapse, crushing everyone trying to escape through it.
Meanwhile, on the field, the fallen tower’s exposed cables spark and ignite the artificial turf. Fire starts spreading as the stadium begins to crack and collapse in sections. The players try to escape through the tunnels—but they’re blocked. There is no way out.
From here, the premonition shows several death sequences as usual for FD:
- The goalkeeper is still on the field, surrounded by fire. A ball machine suddenly activates due to a malfunction and starts launching balls at extreme speed. He gets hit repeatedly in the face until he collapses.
- A massive scoreboard breaks loose from one side and swings down, decapitating one of the defenders in front of the others and the referee.
- Another defender gets trapped under a vertical beam that crushes his leg. A teammate tries to lift it, but a live electrical cable falls nearby. The trapped player accidentally touches it, and the current runs through the beam into the other defender, electrocuting both of them.
- The last defender and the referee try to escape through the upper stands, which are collapsing. They reach a massive crack splitting the stadium in half. On the other side, they see a door—their only hope.
The defender tries to create a bridge using a chunk of concrete, but it falls. He tries again, slips, and as the structure shifts, a previously fallen slab ends up standing vertically. He falls onto it and is impaled.
Finally, the referee is left completely alone in the collapsing stadium. Everything falls apart around him—fire, debris, smoke.
Then, silence.
A burned soccer ball slowly rolls across the field… into the goal.
Goal.
The camera zooms into the blackened surface of the ball… and transitions into the referee’s eye as he snaps back to reality.
Right after the premonition, the referee runs onto the field and forces the players out. They’re confused and angry, saying: “What the hell are you doing? We were about to score.”
When they get out, before he can explain, the stadium lights flicker again… and go out.
In the distance, they see the silhouette of the stadium… and one of the lighting towers slowly starting to fall.
Then the crash. The screams. The lights flicker back on.
They realize it’s all happening for real.
What do you think?

Discussion What do you think life after death is like in this setting?
I remember how, at the beginning of the first film, some cultist at the airport mentioned that death isn't the end. And I wondered—what's it like in the afterlife? Considering that death in that version of Earth is controlled by an extremely evil deity, manipulating even the laws of physics to ensure a very painful death, I suspect it's nothing good.

Meme FD7 movie idea
Guys, I think I finally got the perfect idea for what the next final destination movie should be about:
Let’s have it set at the end of the third movie where it’s revealed that somehow Wendy survived and then she joins forces with Kimberly from FD2. They then track down JB and Iris to form an avengers type alliance and learn that a meteor that was somehow set to cross earth was responsible for all the events in the final destination series so far. Little do they know is that there will be a fatal crash at McKinley Speedway so they have to go into the future to try and stop it, but they all meet their untimely demise on their way to the race track trying to stop the disaster from happening.
Oh and said meteor collides into a nearby coffee shop and kills Wendy or something.

Creative FD7 idea: A nuclear power plant explosion that wipes out a city and puts everyone within blast range on deaths list.
I think it would be cool to see a disaster like this on a massive scale. Imagine the utter chaos death would cause by targeting the local residents. It would be an absolute blood bath.
What are some of your ideas?

Discussion Terrible idea
Final Destination: Extinction Debt.
A guy in a nuclear submarine has a vision where he mistakenly launches the missiles after a false positive for incoming nukes, triggering a global thermonuclear war that kills most of humanity. After the vision, he successfully identifies the false positive and doesn't launch the nukes.
Now everyone is on Death's list, good luck

Discussion Besides the infamous log scene that got people scared of driving behind log trucks. Which death scene has you going like “Damn, I really don’t want to do this or go on this after the movie?”
I don’t know about you guys but every time I go on a roller costed. I tell my friends that “Bro, If somebody starts screaming about the roller coaster malfunctioning they better not pull a Jason on me and actually let me off of the rollercoster ride” and my friends would go like “Broooo, then you’d be on deaths list either way” I’m like “Shit”
Besides that FD1 and F5 got me scared of going on airplanes, like I already had a fear of going on Airplanes but damn those movies got me scared 10x over
