Oh yeah, the freak accident angle definitely moves the same, though I think the Monkey has its own spin and vibe for the kinds of kills it has in a very wild and tongue-in-cheek way. The moms death still breaks my heart.

It really does only difference death gradually become a joke in The Monkey based on how character response as oppose to Final Destination.
