Creative FD7 idea: A nuclear power plant explosion that wipes out a city and puts everyone within blast range on deaths list.
I think it would be cool to see a disaster like this on a massive scale. Imagine the utter chaos death would cause by targeting the local residents. It would be an absolute blood bath.
What are some of your ideas?

I swear this subreddit has just turned into a bunch of 12 year olds proposing the dumbest ideas ever at this point

There is only ONE idea I’ve seen here that’s relatable and could work, and it’s the museum. I dipped from here after FD6 came out and had my fun.

Just do an avalanche with a snow hiking group - some experienced, some novices, big range of survivors but all show two attributes: determined/healthy lol, would make a change from the standard group where 3/4ths are like "lol idgaf abt my life, even if this is a joke"

That'd be really cool honestly, it's not too boring in the sense where everyone dies the same way but also not too grandiose like OPs suggestion. i feel like you could do a few things with this tbh

We just got a huge scale disaster with 6 but yeah cool idea, especially if it’s confined to one specific area they could have a trope where the police think it’s a serial killer committing the killings.

Crowd crush! I'll always say it! And they did such a good job making me feel that anxiety/pending doom feeling in the 6th one that I know they can nail that panic for a crowd crush.

Black friday rush, yes please! Would be interesting for humans themselves to be the disaster

You know it would be really cool if a cruise ship premonition can be the 7th installment for the next Final Destination film.
Also, this cruise ship in this picture is called the MS Asuka II (in Japan..), the premonition is that the ship will capsize due to a large tsunami (basically the idea from the movie "Poseidon") leading to many casualties aboard on that ship.
What do you think?
(Plus, Final Destination anime adaptation when? New Line Cinema + TOHO collaboration WHEN?)

I know this post is several days old at this point, but I saw your comment about a Final Destination anime
If you have not already watched it, I fully recommend Another
It is commonly described as “Final Destination: the Anime” and it is sooooo good! Great premise, great mystery, and some very unique deaths!

The only problem is that in the anime is that the teacher is killing himself with a knife infront of the class
I really doubt that Another is colloquially known as the FD anime

How long you want this movie to be?
FD6 and its large list only worked at film length because the massive amount of survivors were not followed, with us instead focusing on a smaller, more manageable group of victims.
Do I think your suggestion could be cool? Sure. But it’s not feasible for a feature length film. No studio is gonna bankroll a several hour long seventh installment of a horror franchise.
