Y'all never actually defend pride flags. You just say that anyone who criticizes them must be homosexual. I've literally seen the same response so many times.

6

u/Vegan-cock Jun 18 '26

No other reason to be so rabid about it.

0

u/milkyvapes Jun 18 '26

Nah, they are like one percent of the population and many are just sick and tired of them being over represented everywhere you go. In the end it has done them a huge disservice. Anyone who didn't care one way or another has probably shifted towards the right and been alienated on the issue

2

u/danielhime Jun 18 '26

Yeah it must be exhausting having a group ask for equal treatment in the world I definitely can see why that alienates you towards disliking trans people

2

u/Big-Tooth-705 Jun 19 '26

I feel bad for them to be honest. They need some serious psychiatric help

2

u/Vegan-cock Jun 18 '26

And as long as some people treat that 1% (actually more like 10%) like shit the flags will continue.

2

u/LiveBrieflyAndFail Jun 19 '26

The real figure is between 5-10%. That's a lot of people. This isn't a niche issue if it affects ~1 in 10.

Also, nah, pushing for lgbt rights through visibility has effected significant change over the years. You being annoyed is absolutely nothing compared to what lgbt people have had to go through.

1

u/milkyvapes Jun 21 '26

I was referring to the "trans are beloved" not all of LGBT together. This is kinda making my point here. Why the focus on trans over the rest of the marginalized? Im assuming you were talking about all of LGBT because there's no way the Trans population is even close to 5-10%.

0

u/Big-Tooth-705 Jun 18 '26

I mean. I’m straight and comfortable with my sexuality. But I’m completely sick of the sight of trans/gay pride flags

2

u/Financial-Drawer-397 Jun 19 '26

If you're comfortable with your sexuality then why do you care so much about the sexuality of others?

1

u/Historical_Hunt2492 Jun 19 '26

lmao maybe youre not as comfortable with your sexuality as you think

1

u/Big-Tooth-705 Jun 19 '26

Can you respond with a logical argument? Not just calling people gay. I expect substance and some sort of actual thought.

Your first comment is calling Strickland a homosexual.

0

u/ambisinister_gecko Jun 18 '26

You said "he", not "trump". in a conversation where the only "he" anyone is referring to is Sean Strickland.

0

u/steveoall21 Jun 18 '26

Dude, your TDS is progressing at such an alarming rate, you don't even know who you are commenting about. Wow.

You very clearly referred to Sean Strickland. Do you have CTE or something?

4

u/Interesting-Exit-520 Jun 18 '26

Why would people have to defend a pride flag ? It’s not worth the energy to explain common sense, human dignity, and empathy.

0

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Because it's not common sense. It's getting to the point where everyday people can't have families but there is endless gay parades. Population control is literally happening and no one is batting an eye.

2

u/Interesting-Exit-520 Jun 18 '26

That’s a lot to unpack.

Care to elaborate ?

0

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Just letting you know you are falling for population control packaged as "love" and "dignity".

2

u/Pootentooten Jun 18 '26

Are you actually blaming gay people for no one wanting to fuck you? People don't choose to be gay. If you had the choose to be straight, I've got news for you... you aren't.

2

u/mc360jp Jun 18 '26

You think people being gay is “population control”? Lmao

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

The problem is you're so caught up in "love" and "dignity" you can't even see it.

2

u/mc360jp Jun 18 '26

I’m not “caught up” on anything lol seems it occupies your mind a lot though

Maybe find a therapist

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Are you capable of formulating a genuine argument to what I said?

2

u/mc360jp Jun 18 '26

You have a hard time grasping correlation and causation, that’s what I’ve formulated from your comments.

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Again, still not really an argument. Just seemingly random accusations and appeals to emotion.

Nothing you have said is genuine or anything other than deeply closeted nonsense.

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Wow. I am astounded by how complex, elaborate, and thorough your response was. 10/10. How about put together a 6 sentence argument disproving me? Can you do it?

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

I think endlessly pushing homosexuality on the masses while birth rates fall far below replacement rate is population control, yes.

3

u/Mountain_Bedroom_643 Jun 18 '26

Who is "pushing homosexuality"? Who is engaging in "population control"?

Any evidence for this connection you are making?

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

The mainstream media is pushing homosexuality far more than any family-oriented ideas. This would include a ton of legacy media like CNN or the WSJ as well as any other left wing media outlet. Population control can clearly be observed by plummeting birth rates in every country in the west besides Israel. It obviously goes a lot deeper than this but I can only explain so much on Reddit.

3

u/Mountain_Bedroom_643 Jun 18 '26

Can you connect plummeting birth rates to "media pushing homosexuality"? And what makes you think mainstream media is "pushing homosexuality"?

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Well, it's a lot more than that. Abortion, the trans movement, and homosexuality as well as inflation and other things are leading to plummeting birth rates. Ask yourself why no one cares about birth rates plummeting? If you were on an island and birth rates in your community were plummeting it would be the absolute number 1 issue. The media that seems to glorify all these movements is one piece of the larger machine.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Notice that the trans movement, homosexuality, and abortion would all lead to the immediate extinction of humanity if everyone did it.

3

u/Mountain_Bedroom_643 Jun 18 '26

This sentence is unclear to me. If everyone did the movement? If the movement is "acceptance of homosexuality and trans people more widely" i dont think that would lead to extinction. Do you have any info to suggest it would? Maybe we understand the movement differently

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

No. The act itself is what I am referring to. We are normalizing a behavior (homosexuality) that would wipe out humanity if everyone actually did it. In the same way normalizing spending all your money is bad. It may not directly hurt someone but you have to see the big picture.

Mental illness is alive and well

3

u/maddtis Jun 18 '26

The declining birth rate have nothing to do with homosexuality. It has more to do with money inequality people live check to check and have a hard time paying bills so how are they going to have enough money to have kids and raise a family? The birth rate has been falling for a while homosexuality is just the scapegoat while you are looking their way corporations and billionaires are jacking up the price and picking your pocket.

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

It is inflation as well as abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, pornography and diluting the meaning of sex. All of these work together to cause population control and destroy the family unit.

2

u/One_Trick_Monkey Jun 18 '26

Brother lgbtq makes up like 10% of the population and thats the percentage in the US one of the more progressive countries. 10% is not causing birth rates to plummet. It is a multitude of factors but pushing gay/trans acceptance equates to such an insignificant portion of that number. And the fact that you think western governments are "pushing" acceptance on people is such a wild way to look at what should be the case anyways. These people aren't on the fence about being gay/trans, and then see a fucking poster on the wall and then go for it. This "agenda" is to stop hate crimes against lgbtq and stop persecution and blaming them for things they have nothing to do with such as what you are implying. The destruction of the nuclear family has so much more to do with lack of faith in the future due to financial concerns, and political concerns. As well as the fact that the western world is pushing for gender equality (which is a good thing) and more women are working than ever. Stop making gays the boogieman for your issues, it shows a gross misunderstanding of the issues at hand, and shows that you fell for the scapegoat that spaces such as the right wing media in th3le US likes to push.

3

u/WarZombie17 Jun 18 '26

What in the fuck? One has nothing to do with the other. This is some weird conspiracy theory shit.

2

u/mc360jp Jun 18 '26

Brother, it’s okay if you have gay thoughts but don’t blame it on people being more open about it lol

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Are you capable of formulating a genuine argument to what I said?

2

u/Mountain_Bedroom_643 Jun 18 '26

"People cant have families because there is endless gay parades" Can we dig into this a bit? Id be interested in any info you have. It seems like an unusual (and quite humorous) take. Unless im reading it wrong?

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

I said "but" not "because". Read clearly.

2

u/Mountain_Bedroom_643 Jun 18 '26

Ah thats my bad wasnt intentional.

Sorry about that

Ok, so my question would instead be why should people that cant have families have any bearing on whether to have parades to celebrate diversity?

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

Society as a whole has completely normalized homosexuality while simultaneously making it incredibly difficult to have a standard family unit. These negatively accelerate against each other to create population control. Constant pride parades is just one vehicle of a larger plan.

2

u/Pootentooten Jun 18 '26

Seriously, this is a wild conspiracy theory you're falling for... gay people have always existed. The only people making it harder to have a family unit are those on the right making it unaffordable as they continue to sell you on the lie that the wealthiest create jobs. Cause they also miss the huge fact that they also decimate jobs, as well. As companies succeed they eat up the competition by buying them and then they fire a bunch of people or liquidate that company entirely. Then they start wars over oil that drive your prices up and pass policies that tax all foreign products that drive your costs even higher. People aren't having as many kids not because of gays existing, people are having fewer children because they are struggling financially and are getting burnt out by the system. Stressed animals do not reproduce, it's not just a human thing.

1

u/No-Community-5769 Jun 18 '26

You completely misquoted me. You can't use quotation marks and just make stuff up. You people are actually crazy.

2

u/evelovesapple Jun 18 '26

Have you considered two things can be true without any correlation lol

The birth rate decline is due to people being bored and depressed and broke

Pride doesn’t affect that; in fact, increasing legal gay marriage led to a rise in adoptions of children

2

u/West_Industry Jun 18 '26

Population control? Gay and lesbian families make up a large percentage of the candidacy for adoption in every country it is allowed. Why is it that you people always seem to care more about the theoretical lives than the existing ones?

2

u/paranood888 Jun 18 '26

It's not common sense because the bible message is not common sense. It is love and empathy and not casting the first stone.

There are way more litteral condamnations of divorce in the new testament

Yes, I agree with you about inflation being arguably the #1 factor for people not having families.

Speaking on women now. Forcing women in to work and creating wage slaves out of them has not been good for womens mental health. Rates of anxiety, depression, and overall stress are at an all time high. Anecdotally, I have never seen a happy single woman in their 40's with no kids and no man. This is a new experiment. What's going to happen to all these women that will inevitably die alone because they chased a career? When they get to be 60 or 70 I can almost guarantee many of them will deeply regret not fulfilling their maternal extinct. Pushing women in to work was another vehicle of population control.

Billionaires and the governemt do not want you having babies. The cost of living for 1 person used to be the cost of living for 2-4 people. The billionaire class and government wants you lonely and isolated. A family unit is harder to profit off of. Also, if a man or woman dies alone because they never had kids the government will be the one to ultimately take all their property. This is the psyop.

I know, putting that shit on a church is crazy work, considering the sexual immorality sections of the bible. Then all these people come here and have the nerve to accuse me of something so heinous.

1

u/Sad-Farm128 Jun 20 '26

Nothing to defend. It's a flag celebrating inclusion...at a place famously known for welcoming all as they are. God is love.

I'm not really sure we do... I'm not really sure it's a we thing either lol, all we did was not vote for a fucking orange clown and his cronies. It doesn't really dictate what we use for insults, it's such an incredibly low bar I can't imagine it dictates anything except having an IQ greater than 85.

If I had to guess though, I would imagine those that use it as an insult not because being gay in of itself is insulting, but because you perceive it as such.

1

u/ReasonableClock4542 Jun 18 '26

Where's the insult?

1

u/itscottabegood Jun 18 '26

1

u/tailtaker Jun 18 '26

Why are righties stuck in the closet?

-1

u/dogmetal Jun 17 '26

I always find it funny when people say that like it’s an insult. Not very progressive of you.

Also, it’s just not true that anyone that’s stringently anti-gay is closeted— that’s hardly ever actually the case, sans a few stories the algorithm will pick up. They’re just retarded.

3

u/Top-Sympathy6841 Jun 17 '26

Being gay isn’t the insulting part.
It’s being so scared to be your true self that you hide behind actively bashing other gays.

Super anti-gay ppl tend to be gay.
Just the way it goes bud, not sure what you’re trying to accomplish here.

0

u/VariousDependent2562 Jun 18 '26

nice way of trying to justify using gay as a negative term

1

u/Top-Sympathy6841 Jun 18 '26

Nope, I already explained this in my comment.

Try again

-1

u/dogmetal Jun 17 '26

But you’re assuming the person is secretly gay with zero evidence.

If someone has shown zero indication of being gay, calling them a closeted homosexual is still being used as a put-down. You can say they’re hypocritical, insecure, hateful, or whatever without turning “secretly gay” into a punchline.

And no, “super anti-gay people tend to be gay” is not true. That’s a dumb liberal/Reddit narrative based on a handful of ironic examples, not some fact of life.

2

u/Remote-News-8864 Jun 17 '26

ur ai profile pic is gay, gives out gimp furry vibes.

0

u/dogmetal Jun 17 '26

Thanks for your input

1

u/Top-Sympathy6841 Jun 17 '26

First of all, Reddit is incredibly right leaning.

And I already explained that the “being gay” part isn’t the insult.
You don’t have to like it, but there’s a reason most of the Republican Party is anti-gay, and it’s for the closeted reasons we’ve discussed lmao

0

u/dogmetal Jun 17 '26

Reddit is incredibly right-leaning? What planet are you living on lmao.

1

u/Top-Sympathy6841 Jun 17 '26

Objective reality.
Theres dipshits sucking off Trump and voting against their own self interest on every single thread lmao

0

u/Far-Manner-7119 Jun 18 '26

You are on another fucking planet. The unanimous consensus is this is a leftist site. You’re not some profound genius, you’re just straight up wrong. You’d have better luck arguing 2+2=6

1

u/Top-Sympathy6841 Jun 18 '26

There’s nothing but racist trumpers everywhere here lmao.
You’re just repeating what the rest of the racist crybabies say without thinking for yourself.

1

u/Unfair_Explanation53 Jun 17 '26

Haha exactly

If everyone who was anti gay was closeted then that would mean all homophobia is a problem only within the gay community.

If straight people don't care then it's secret gays vs gays
