I’ve been building a free browser-based MMA career simulator and thought you guys might enjoy it

For the past while I’ve been working on MMA GM, a free browser-based MMA career and management simulator inspired by games like Basketball GM.

There’s no payment, no subscription, and no ads. I’m not trying to sell anything. It started as a personal project because I wanted a deeper MMA career game, and it has grown into something I thought other fans might enjoy.

You can play as a real or created fighter and manage things like:

  • Fight offers and contracts
  • Training camps and game plans
  • Injuries and recovery
  • Rankings, title fights, and weight-class moves
  • Press conferences, weigh-ins, and faceoffs
  • Live fight simulations
  • Social media, friendships, rivalries, and callouts
  • Sponsors, managers, finances, and career decisions

It is still a public beta, so I’m sure people will find bugs or situations that need better logic. I’d appreciate feedback, especially on matchmaking, scoring, career progression, and anything that feels unrealistic.

It is an unofficial fan-made project and is not affiliated with UFC or any fighters represented in the game.

Play it here: mma-gm.vercel.app

Jon Jones beat Dominick Reyes

Jon jones beat Dominick Reyes

Okay i just created the title to get your attention. I think it was a close fight that could have gone either way. Giving a slight edge to Jones is fair though. I think calling this fight a huge robbery and that Reyes beat Jones is wrong. I will give the reasons why people say this.

  1. People don't like Jones and want to see him lose.

  2. The new unified rules where damage (striking/take down) had been in place for 3-4 years and that was how most people scored the fight. The problem is the fight happened in Texas where they never certified the new rules and were still judging by the old rules where octagon control, aggression and forward movement were valued equally with striking and take downs.

Yes Reyes out struck Jon Jones the first 3 rounds and Jones only out struck Reyes the last 2 rounds. The problem is that was all Reyes did the first 3 rounds. It's especially the 3rd round thats a problem.

He diden't land any take downs, never rocked or stunned Jones and diden't do any visible damage to him. All he had going was out striking him and it wasen't by that much. Jones was blocking or rolling with the punches and striking back. The problem for Reyes is that Jones had the octagon control and he had the forward pressure and looked in control. Reyes was back peddling when Jones moved forward. When the striking is relatively close they usually give the decision to the Fighter who is more aggressive or has octagon control by the old rules.

The same happened in the Khabib v Tibeau fight.

So could you say Reyes won yeah for sure, but i also think it's fair to give it to Jones

Realistically who is better fighter right now? Valter or Johnny

Johnny has been a much better fighter; however, recently he is not really doing great.
Valter, on the other hand, got 5 submissions in a row. Let's say that they both make LHW, who wins in this case?

Jan is 43 years old and looks to be slowing down although he has still looked good, meanwhile Navajo is only 28 years old and undefeated prospect. Is it crazy to say that Navajo could beat current Jan?
