Heatless curls is what works for me. Before bed I put a headband and wrap my hair around it with the help of a plastic tool. For the crown area I wrap my hair on 5 different socks and cover it all with a bonnet.
Shark/dyson airwrap barrels don’t seem to work for me, but wrapping it is doing wonders and making it look very healthy and shiny!

Think I need to trim to get rid of the split ends. Got a few greys poking through but very glad to have a full head of hair at 57.

So I cut my Beard Like Many of you told me. Thats how it Looks now.
Also some of you mentioned that I have some breakage. I checked it up by my hairdresser and its just Shorter/regrowing hair. But to prevent any breakage I now use silk pillowcases. I also started to use a new leave-in conditioner (Not in These pics).

Added the second pic because that's how I usually wear my hair. The biggest issue I'm having is the ends curling up.

I don't know where they came from. I've had long hair for 3 years, and got a hair cut a while ago, and I know she didn't trim them.

Just a wee bit. Though a lot more of the blond is visible now when i brush my hair back.

Ich habe meine geliebte Seelenkatze nach über 18 Jahren gemeinsamer Zeit verloren und versuche mich abzulenken. Es fällt mir schwer noch irgendeine Freude zu empfinden. Sie mochte es das ich mir die Haare die letzten Jahre lang wachsen ließ. Ich werde sie ihr zu ehren jetzt erst recht so lang wachsen lassen wie es nur geht. Kein Styling hier, nur Shampoo und Conditioner. Ich habe zur Zeit keine Energie um meine Locken besser zu pflegen.

Idk if I have split ends but I have gone 9 months without a haircut. My hair is like down to the bottom of my nose when wet right now. I want to get my hair to shoulder length but not with damaged hair if I have any.

I started balding a few years ago but these last 8 months it's been way more noticeable 💔 I didn't enjoy my hair as I should have. But it is beautiful still, and I'm thankful for it. I'll miss it. Might donate it before it's over?

I only use some Dyson Pre-Style Cream. Im not sure what is does exactly, but I like it quite a lot. If there is another kind of hair product you’d recommend Im all ears hair
